On en trouve partout et \u00e0 tous les repas. Il se consomme aussi bien au petit d\u00e9jeuner qu&rsquo;au souper. <br>Il a un go\u00fbt tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent d&rsquo;un restaurant \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre, avec plus ou moins d&rsquo;\u00e9pices, un riz plus ou moins color\u00e9 et\/ou parfum\u00e9. <br>Le <em>khao mok ga\u00ef<\/em> se sert g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement avec quelques l\u00e9gumes crus comme des rondelles de concombre et du chou blanc. On le pars\u00e8me d&rsquo;\u00e9chalotes frites et on le mange avec une sauce au piment doux qui s&rsquo;appelle <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/brochettes-de-poulet-aux-piments-doux\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nahm jim ga\u00ef.<\/a> <\/em><\/strong>Cette sauce se trouve facilement dans les magasins asiatiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diff\u00e9rentes pr\u00e9parations pour un m\u00eame plat <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 de nombreuses recette de riz biryani tha\u00eflandais dans lesquelles on doit faire mac\u00e9rer le poulet une nuit dans du yogourt et des \u00e9pices. Ou des recettes qui proposent une sauce \u00e0 la menthe pour accompagner ce plat, en plus de la sauce au piment doux. Mais dans la r\u00e9gion o\u00f9 j&rsquo;habite, pr\u00e8s de la fronti\u00e8re malaise, personne ne sert de sauce \u00e0 la menthe avec le khao mok ga\u00ef. Il faut un curry tr\u00e8s parfum\u00e9. <br>\ud83c\udf57 Beaucoup de marchands locaux ajoutent des feuilles de pandan (nou\u00e9es) dans le liquide de cuisson du riz. Je n&rsquo;en ai pas mis dans la recette car elles ne sont pas facile \u00e0 trouver en Europe. Mais n&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 en mettre 2 ou 3 si tu en as sous la main. <br>\ud83c\udf57 J&rsquo;ai vu de nombreuses pr\u00e9paration avec du safran au lieu du curcuma. Je ne trouve pas de safran dans la r\u00e9gion o\u00f9 j&rsquo;habite, j&rsquo;ai donc pris du curcuma. Tu peux ajouter du safran ou remplacer le curcuma par du safran si tu le souhaites. <br>\ud83c\udf57 Si tu pr\u00e9pares uniquement le riz car tu ne manges pas de poulet, laisse bien mijoter le liquide avec la p\u00e2te aromatique. Il faut qu&rsquo;elle soit bien cuite avant d&rsquo;ajouter le riz autrement le go\u00fbt d&rsquo;ail et d&rsquo;\u00e9chalote est trop violent. <\/p><div id=\"aupay-1403483749\" pour ma\u00eetriser la cuisson du riz pour ce plat. J&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;habitude de cuire le riz dans l&rsquo;autocuiseur, je ne le fais jamais \u00e0 la casserole. Je me suis tellement rat\u00e9e la premi\u00e8re fois que Nan a refus\u00e9 de manger \ud83d\ude05. C&rsquo;est les poules du voisin qui ont appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 notre repas. <strong>Il faut bien faire attention \u00e0 ne pas mettre trop de liquide. <\/strong>J&rsquo;ai inscrit dans la recette la quantit\u00e9 exacte de liquide et de riz que j&rsquo;utilise pour un r\u00e9sultat au top &#8230; mais cela varie beaucoup en fonction de la qualit\u00e9 de riz que tu utilises.<br>&#8211; Si tu essaies cette recette pour la premi\u00e8re fois, je te conseille de v\u00e9rifier les indications sur l&#8217;emballage du riz que tu utilises et de mesurer \/ ajuster le liquide dans la casserole AVANT de mettre le riz. <br>&#8211; Le plus simple est de cuire le riz dans un autocuiseur pour le riz (mais fais gaffe au curcuma, il t\u00e2che toutes les mati\u00e8res plastiques de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9l\u00e9bile). Tu fais revenir la p\u00e2te aromatique dans une casserole, tu cuis le poulet comme indiqu\u00e9 dans la recette ci-dessous. Tu r\u00e9cup\u00e8res le liquide de cuisson et tu le places (en ayant pris soin de bien mesurer la quantit\u00e9) dans l&rsquo;autocuiseur avec le riz. <br>&#8211; Si tu cuis en casserole, il est important de ne pas remuer le riz et de ne pas ouvrir le couvercle. Le riz cuit principalement \u00e0 la vapeur, il faut donc bien le laisser reposer \u00e0 couvert pour qu&rsquo;il termine sa cuisson tranquilou. Elle accompagne g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les snacks frits qu&rsquo;on trouve dans les march\u00e9s, le brochettes, saucisses et boulettes, ainsi que le poulet frit. Elle va tr\u00e8s bien \u00e9galement comme sauce pour les nems. <br>Tu peux la trouver facilement dans les magasins asiatiques, sous diff\u00e9rentes marques. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div
