On utilise cette p\u00e2te de curry kati dans de nombreux plats, principalement \u00e0 base de poisson ou de fruits de mer. C&rsquo;est une variante de curry rouge qui est souvent assez piquante. Dans la r\u00e9gion o\u00f9 j&rsquo;habite, on ajoute parfois de la chair de poisson grill\u00e9 pil\u00e9e directement \u00e0 la p\u00e2te de curry. Cela rend le curry plus \u00e9pais et plus consistant, et lui donne un d\u00e9licieux go\u00fbt un peu fum\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un curry authentique, traditionnel et familial<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La p\u00e2te de curry kati est assez versatile. Elle s&rsquo;adapte bien \u00e0 un grand nombre de prot\u00e9ines : <br>poisson, crevettes, calmars, crabe, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/curry-de-coques-au-curcuma-et-au-tamarin\/\">shellfish<\/a>, porc ou m\u00eame canard. Chaque famille a sa propre version d&rsquo;un gaeng kati. Une version populaire et bon march\u00e9 se pr\u00e9pare avec <strong>du poisson s\u00e9ch\u00e9 et des liserons d&rsquo;eau<\/strong>, deux ingr\u00e9dients que tout le monde trouve facilement. <br>Nous, on adore le pr\u00e9parer soit avec <strong>de la chaire de poisson grill\u00e9 pil\u00e9e et des pousses de bambou fra\u00eeches<\/strong> (d\u00e9licieux servi avec des nouilles de riz, <em>kanoum jeen<\/em>) soit avec des crevettes et de la papaye verte. Libre \u00e0 toi de varier les plaisirs.<br><br>Le gaeng kati &#8211; ainsi que sa version un peu acidul\u00e9e appel\u00e9e gaeng tae poh &#8211; est, je pense, mon curry pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9. J&rsquo;adore le manger avec des nouilles de riz et des l\u00e9gumes frais.
