Elle se pr\u00e9pare avec un m\u00e9lange de pi\u00e8ces de boeuf, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement os inclus. J\u2019aime bien la cuisiner avec des travers de boeuf ou avec des morceaux de boeuf pour le rago\u00fbt. <br>Elle se mange telle quelle ou accompagn\u00e9e de riz. On j\u2019y ajoute du laurier, des clous de girofle et beaucoup d\u2019ail. Ce n\u2019est pas indispensable mais j\u2019aime beaucoup le radis blanc mijot\u00e9 ainsi. Et c\u2019est, tr\u00e8s honn\u00eatement, mon meilleur investissement culinaire de la d\u00e9cennie (avec mon air-fryer ador\u00e9 en seconde position \ud83d\ude01). Grace au large succ\u00e8s des sites de ventes en ligne depuis le covid (Shopee, Lazada, \u2026), on commence \u00e0 trouver des autocuiseurs en Tha\u00eflande depuis 1 ou 2 ans. Ils restent toutefois presque deux fois plus chers qu\u2019en Europe.
