Histoire de varier les plaisirs, nous pr\u00e9parons \u00e9galement <strong>le poisson vapeur \u00e0 la sauce soja et au gingembre \u2013 <\/strong><em>pla nung see ew<\/em><strong>. <\/strong><br>Cette recette est celle de cheffe Sujira, une cheffe tha\u00efe multi \u00e9toil\u00e9e. Elle dirigeait les cuisines <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/share\/p\/15J8AoRq8M\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">du magnifique restaurant Sawaan<\/a> o\u00f9 j\u2019avais eu la chance de d\u00e9guster un des meilleurs repas de ma vie en Tha\u00eflande. Elle a maintenant ouvert un nouveau restaurant o\u00f9 je r\u00eave de manger\u2026 lors d\u2019un prochain voyage \u00e0 Bangkok. <br>Bref, tout \u00e7a pour dire que c\u2019est une recette au top. Nan l\u2019a valid\u00e9e en lui donnant un 9 sur 10, parce que, je cite\u00a0: <em>\u00ab\u00a0if I give you 10 when you cook, you won\u2019t make any effort any more\u00a0\u00bb. <\/em><br>No comment \ud83d\ude02.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques conseils pour pr\u00e9parer ce poisson \u00e0 la sauce soja et au gingembre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udf36 Choisis <strong>un poisson \u00e0 la chair tendre<\/strong> et moelleuse : daurade, lieu, mulet, \u2026 En Tha\u00eflande ce plat est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec du<em> <\/em>mulet, du vivaneau ou du m\u00e9rou. Je lui commande g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un poisson qu\u2019on trouve difficilement sur les march\u00e9s et dont on raffole : <em>pla samlee<\/em> (<a href=\"http:\/\/souslesmers.free.fr\/f.php?e=1561\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">s\u00e9riole \u00e0 bandes noires<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udf36 Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re cuire le <strong>poisson entier<\/strong> pour des raisons de flemmingite aigu\u00eb, vu que je ne trouve pas de <strong>filets de poisson<\/strong> dans le coin. N\u2019h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 utiliser filets ou darnes si tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res. Sur ce coup l\u00e0, la dame du march\u00e9 a bien voulu \u00e9cailler et vider mon poisson. Elle m\u2019a toutefois regard\u00e9 d\u2019un air pas net quand je lui ai demand\u00e9 de le faire. Normalement, on re\u00e7oit les poissons non vid\u00e9s, non \u00e9caill\u00e9s.
