Mangues vertes, mangues aux 3 saveurs, mangues jaunes, mangues douces, mangues acidul\u00e9es, et petites mangues super acides, on les mange toutes. Il en existe tant de vari\u00e9t\u00e9s avec des go\u00fbts si diff\u00e9rents, c&rsquo;est impossible de se lasser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Pour notre plus grand bonheur, notre voisin a un manguier qui penche de notre c\u00f4t\u00e9 du mur. C&rsquo;est agr\u00e9able quand il fait tr\u00e8s chaud. Mais ce que je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re, et de loin, c&rsquo;est de les manger lorsqu&rsquo;elle sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9es au sirop (<em>mamuang dong<\/em>), en joutant plein de gla\u00e7ons dans le jus. C&rsquo;est frais, doux et acidul\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois, croquant mais pas trop, mhhhhhh&nbsp;! J&rsquo;aurais pas d\u00fb \u00e9crire cela, j&rsquo;ai envie d&rsquo;en manger rien que d&rsquo;y penser. <br>Le seul probl\u00e8me, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;on trouve de moins en moins souvent ces petites mangues vertes sur les march\u00e9s, il faut donc se faire des amis avec des manguiers \ud83e\udd23 ou avoir un voisin qui plante trop pr\u00e8s de la limite de son terrain \ud83d\ude01. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment pr\u00e9parer les mangues vertes au sirop ? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"aupay-866717651\" class=\"aupay-last-paragraph-blog aupay-entity-placement\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4895771430947602\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4895771430947602\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"3844729553\" \ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<\/div><p>La pr\u00e9paration est un peu longue. Enfin, cela ne prend pas beaucoup de temps mais <strong>les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes s&rsquo;effectuent sur plusieurs jours. <\/strong><br>On utilise un ingr\u00e9dient courant en Tha\u00eflande mais qu&rsquo;on ne voit pas souvent en Europe : de la chaux alimentaire (<em>naam poun)<\/em>. Une fois dilu\u00e9e dans de l&rsquo;eau, la chaux alimentaire permet de cuire des aliments tout en conservant leur croquant.<br><strong>Premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape&nbsp;:<\/strong> on laisse masc\u00e9rer les mangues durant 24 heures dans de l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e pour r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9. <br><strong>Seconde \u00e9tape&nbsp;: <\/strong>on fait tremper les mangues dans de l&rsquo;eau de chaux alimentaire (hydroxyde de calcium alimentaire), pour qu&rsquo;elles restent bien croquantes. <br><strong>Troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape :<\/strong> les mangues sont recouvertes de sirop de sucre et plac\u00e9es au frais dans ce sirop durant 24 heures.
