Il fait soit chaud, soit tr\u00e8s chaud soit extr\u00eamement chaud. On esp\u00e8re parfois avoir une petite brise le soir, ou une chute subite de la temp\u00e9rature apr\u00e8s 22h00&#8230; que n\u00e9ni&nbsp;! Il fait entre 32 et 40 degr\u00e9s la journ\u00e9e et pareil en soir\u00e9e \ud83e\udd23. Du coup, on \u00e9vite de trop cuisiner et on se fait des repas frais et rapides autour du barbecue, \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la piscine. Cette recette de <strong>brochettes de boeuf<\/strong> est une adaptation du \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/boeuf-grille-de-sauce-au-piment-seche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tigre qui pleure<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb (<em>suea rong hai<\/em>), un plat de viande grill\u00e9e qu&rsquo;on affectionne particuli\u00e8rement. Il s&rsquo;agit de boeuf parfum\u00e9 avec du poivre, de l&rsquo;ail et de la sauce soja fonc\u00e9e, grill\u00e9 (<em>nua yang<\/em>) et servi avec une sauce nam jim jeow (sauce au tamarin et au piment grill\u00e9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques conseils pour la pr\u00e9paration de ces brochettes de boeuf<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\ud83c\udf36\ufe0f On utilise de la <strong>sauce soja fonc\u00e9e<\/strong> pour cette marinade.
