J&rsquo;ai le poulet, j&rsquo;ai le gingembre, il ne restait plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 acheter quelques beaux l\u00e9gumes verts. Enfin, \u00e7a c&rsquo;est le plan pour ceux qui, comme moi, oublient qu&rsquo;ils habitent dans un bled paum\u00e9 du sud de la Tha\u00eflande en plein Ramadan.&nbsp;<br>En effet, le sud de la Tha\u00eflande \u00e9tant principalement musulman, tout le monde vit au rythme invers\u00e9 du Ramadan&#8230; sauf moi&#8230; qui suis compl\u00e8tement largu\u00e9e !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour la petite histoire <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a quelques jours, je suis all\u00e9e faire les courses \u00e0 10h du mat, le magasin \u00e9tait <strong>vide<\/strong> \ud83d\ude31. Je ne sais pas si tu arrives \u00e0 visualiser cela : un supermarch\u00e9 vide ! Pas vide de monde, vide de nourriture. Il n&rsquo;y avait plus une miette de poulet, ni frais, ni congel\u00e9, ni cuit. Aucun l\u00e9gume ou fruit quel qu&rsquo;il soit, plus de pain toast (seul pain qu&rsquo;on trouve), plus d&rsquo;\u0153uf&#8230; bref, vide. En fait, d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s ce que j&rsquo;ai pu comprendre, les livraisons de nourriture sont plus tardives ce mois-ci et les gens ach\u00e8tent davantage de nourriture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors aujourd&rsquo;hui &#8211; parce que je ne suis pas compl\u00e8tement stupide &#8211; je pr\u00e9vois le coup et je pars en commissions \u00e0 15 heures. Cela a commenc\u00e9 par un embouteillage gigantisme \u00e0 l&rsquo;approche du march\u00e9. Impossible de trouver une place de parc pour ma moto. Le march\u00e9 \u00e9tait litt\u00e9ralement noir de monde. Pas de soucis, j&rsquo;oublie le march\u00e9 et je me rends au supermarch\u00e9 (le seul de la r\u00e9gion). R\u00e9sultat : z\u00e9ro l\u00e9gumes, \u00e0 part <strong>des concombres amers<\/strong> (margose). <br>Devine donc ce que j&rsquo;ai achet\u00e9 ? <br>Du coup, on garde le poulet au gingembre pour la prochaine fois, aujourd&rsquo;hui, on mange de la <strong>soupe de concombre amer farci<\/strong>.<\/p><div id=\"aupay-2261025002\" class=\"aupay-insert-post aupay-entity-placement\" On trouve des stands de nourriture \u00e0 emporter absolument partout. Il y en a encore plus qu&rsquo;en temps normal. Le tout est m\u00e9lang\u00e9 et remis dans la noix de coco.&nbsp;C&rsquo;est un d\u00e9lice pour 1 franc suisse &#8230; (0.80 euros)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est le repas de r\u00e9veillon tous les soirs, et je ne m&rsquo;en plains pas ! Je re\u00e7ois plein de biscuits maison et de friandises de la part des mes coll\u00e8gues et voisins ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Revenons \u00e0 notre concombre amer <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>concombre amer <\/strong>ou margose est un l\u00e9gume tr\u00e8s courant en Asie. Si tu en trouves en Europe, n&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas et prends-en un ou deux pour tester, c&rsquo;est d\u00e9licieux ! Il y a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/chips-de-concombre-amer-au-curcuma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">plein de mani\u00e8res diff\u00e9rentes de le cuisine<\/a>r. Toutefois, c&rsquo;est farci et en soupe que je le pr\u00e9f\u00e8re. <br>J&rsquo;aime beaucoup l&rsquo;amertume de ce l\u00e9gume. Si cela te d\u00e9range, tu peux le faire d\u00e9gorger 30 minutes dans du sel. Il faut juste bien le rincer pour enlever le sel avant de le farcir. On la retrouve au Vietnam, en Malaysie, en Tha\u00eflande, &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques conseils pour cette soupe de concombre amer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2728 Tu peux utiliser la farce que tu veux&nbsp;: porc, poulet ou crevette, ou un m\u00e9lange de ces derniers. J&rsquo;utilise souvent des hauts de cuisses de poulet hach\u00e9s. C&rsquo;est pas trop gras et pas sec, \u00e7a va tr\u00e8s bien pour cette soupe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2728 Pour ce plat, je fais le <strong>bouillon de poulet <\/strong>moi-m\u00eame : je cuis les os de poulet (ailes et carcasses) durant 40 minutes dans de l&rsquo;eau. Je filtre l&rsquo;eau et je l&rsquo;utilise pour ma soupe. Comme tout le monde cuisine de cette mani\u00e8re, on trouve tr\u00e8s facilement des carcasses de poulet au magasin. Si tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res tu peux utiliser du bouillon en cube ou en poudre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2728 L&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du concombre amer est creux avec des graines et une membrane blanche. Retire bien toute la membrane blanche avant de le cuisiner.
