Quand il fait froid (en dessous de 27 degr\u00e9s) ou quand je suis fatigu\u00e9e, je mange du poulet au gingembre pour me donner du peps !\u00a0Tu peux le pr\u00e9parer avec tous les l\u00e9gumes que tu veux ou sans l\u00e9gume du tout. Cette recette s\u2019adapte bien \u00e0 du porc ou du boeuf, \u00e0 des crevettes ou uniquement des l\u00e9gumes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le plus important est d\u2019y <strong>mettre beaucoup de gingembre<\/strong> et de le couper le plus finement possible. Je sais que tu vas me prendre pour une folle et vouloir diminuer la quantit\u00e9 de gingembre. Mais ce ne sera pas aussi bon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Je varie toujours les l\u00e9gumes que j\u2019ajoute, en fonction de l\u2019humeur du jour et de ce que je trouve au march\u00e9. Tu peux aussi pr\u00e9parer ce plat sans l\u00e9gumes ou alors qu\u2019avec des l\u00e9gumes et sans poulet. La viande et le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/poulet-mijote-au-gingembre-et-au-curcuma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ginger<\/a> sont jaunes, quelques carottes pour le orange, des champignons noirs et des l\u00e9gumes verts : \u00e7a en jette ! Tu peux demander \u00e0 ton boucher de pr\u00e9parer cela. Il suffit de le gratter avec le dos de la lame d\u2019un couteau ou avec une cuill\u00e8re, sous l\u2019eau courante. La peau s\u2019enl\u00e8ve compl\u00e8tement si c\u2019est du gingembre frais. Si le gingembre est plus vieux, il reste un peu de peau, mais ce n\u2019est pas un probl\u00e8me, on l\u2019utilise ainsi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex
