Lui prend des noix de coco (brunes, pas vertes) coup\u00e9es en 2. Il les passe sur une machine qui gratte l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur pour en extraire la chair. Elle r\u00e9cup\u00e8re la chair et la vend fra\u00eeche, sous forme de lait ou grill\u00e9e. Elle pr\u00e9pare le lait \u00e0 la minute, en fonction de la demande. Il est nettement moins gras (car plus d&rsquo;eau et moins de cr\u00e8me) et il est 3 fois moins cher&nbsp;! 20 baht pour un peu plus d&rsquo;un demi litre (0,70chf \/ 0,50 euros). Tu peux voir sur la photo que la cr\u00e8me se s\u00e9pare du reste. C&rsquo;est cette cr\u00e8me que j&rsquo;utilise pour faire revenir la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/category\/cuisine-thaie\/preparer-sa-pate-de-curry-maison\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">curry paste recipe<\/a>, puis j&rsquo;ajoute le reste du lait pour diluer la sauce.<br><br>J&rsquo;ai toujours un moment d&rsquo;angoisse lorsque je vais au march\u00e9 pour acheter un nouveau produit. Dans cette r\u00e9gion, personne ne parle anglais, je communique donc en tha\u00ef. Il faut parler vite et clairement, et la dame demande toujours pour combien on veut de&#8230; curry ou de poisson ou de lait de coco, sous-entendu pour quel montant.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Je n&rsquo;ai pas la moindre id\u00e9e de ce que co\u00fbtent les choses, je ne sais jamais quoi r\u00e9pondre et \u00e7a les \u00e9nerve car je leur fais perdre du temps. Je l&rsquo;ai achet\u00e9e au march\u00e9. Elle est d\u00e9licieuse. La <strong>p\u00e2te de curry pour panang<\/strong> est identique \u00e0 celle du <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/penne-sauce-au-curry-rouge-lardons-et-aubergines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">curry rouge<\/a> <\/strong>avec un peu de cumin et de muscade en plus ainsi que des cacahu\u00e8tes grill\u00e9es. Tu peux donc <strong>utiliser de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 curry rouge et y ajouter une pointe de cumin en poudre, un poil de muscade r\u00e2p\u00e9e et quelques cacahu\u00e8tes grill\u00e9es r\u00e9duites en poudre<\/strong>.
