En Tha\u00eflande, ils sont mang\u00e9s avec du sel et du piment ou avec une sauce \u00e0 base de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/sauces-pour-tremper-les-fruits\/\" target=\"_blank\" l\u00e9gumes aigre-doux<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd66 Pour ce plat, choisis des l\u00e9gumes tr\u00e8s color\u00e9s et qui croquent bien :<br>mini-ma\u00efs, poivron, haricot, mange-tout, concombre, asperge, champignon de paris, oignon, carotte, chou-fleur, broccoli, etc&#8230;<br>\ud83e\udd55 Et pr\u00e9pare-les en les pla\u00e7ant dans des bols s\u00e9par\u00e9s. Ils seront incorpor\u00e9s en fonction de leur temps de cuisson pour que tout soit juste \u00e0 peine cuit. Tu peux les couper en gros cubes ou en petits morceaux, comme tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res. Ici, comme on n&rsquo;a de couteau pour manger, on pr\u00e9pare des morceaux d&rsquo;environ 2cm de long. <br>Pour la petite histoire, la derni\u00e8re fois que j&rsquo;ai pris un couteau pour manger &#8211; parce que des fois j&rsquo;en ai un peu marre de ne manger que du riz avec des aliments pr\u00e9-coup\u00e9s &#8211; j&rsquo;ai choqu\u00e9 l&rsquo;assistance. Tout le monde \u00e9tait effray\u00e9, de peur que je me coupe.
