Ces <strong>tempuras de liserons d&rsquo;eau<\/strong> croustillants, accompagn\u00e9s d&rsquo;une sauce avec du lait de coco et des crevettes, sont absolument magiques. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les liserons d&rsquo;eau<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Les liserons d&rsquo;eau se mangent tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quemment en Tha\u00eflande, souvent pr\u00e9par\u00e9s saut\u00e9s au wok avec de l&rsquo;ail, du piment et de la sauce d&rsquo;hu\u00eetres. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un des plats que tu peux commander dans n&rsquo;importe quel restaurant. On les retrouve des fois dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/liserons-deau-au-curry-rouge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">des curries<\/a>, dans des soupes de nouilles ou m\u00eame saut\u00e9s avec du porc. Les liserons d&rsquo;eau ressemblent un peu \u00e0 des \u00e9pinards, mais avec un go\u00fbt plus l\u00e9ger. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert cette mani\u00e8re de les pr\u00e9parer dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.com\/Restaurant_Review-g297921-d7734879-Reviews-Jae_Lek-Hat_Yai_Songkhla_Province.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">un d\u00e9licieux restaurant de Hat Yai<\/a>, dans le sud de la Tha\u00eflande. <br>Il faut dire que sur mon \u00eele, je n&rsquo;ai pas vraiment eu la possibilit\u00e9 de me r\u00e9galer. Les restos proposent de la nourriture tha\u00efe pour les touristes : sans trop de go\u00fbt. On peut servir ces l\u00e9gumes frits recouverts de sauce, raison pour laquelle ce plat est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une salade ou en servant la sauce \u00e0 part.<br>Les liserons d&rsquo;eau sont bons, sous forme de tempuras ils sont carr\u00e9ment d\u00e9licieux&#8230; mais une fois tremp\u00e9s dans cette sauce, ils deviennent fantastiques !<br>Il m&rsquo;a fallu du temps pour trouver comment pr\u00e9parer la sauce, pour qu&rsquo;elle soit aussi bonne que dans ce fameux restaurant o\u00f9 je l&rsquo;ai go\u00fbt\u00e9e la premi\u00e8re fois. Eh ben tu ne les remplaces pas ! S\u00e9rieusement, \u00e7a vaut vraiment la peine de faire l&rsquo;effort de les d\u00e9gotter. Bien s\u00fbr, juste pour t&rsquo;\u00e9nerver, il se trouve que je l&rsquo;ach\u00e8te au march\u00e9.<\/span> Mais il est possible de faire griller de la noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e et s\u00e9ch\u00e9e \u00e0 la po\u00eale. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je voulais vraiment te faire d\u00e9couvrir cette recette telle que je l&rsquo;ai ador\u00e9e lors de mon voyage \u00e0 Hat Yai mais c&rsquo;est surtout la sauce qui est fantastique. Il en existe diff\u00e9rentes marques et elle se trouve facilement dans les magasins asiatiques. Certaines sont plus piquantes que d&rsquo;autres. Celle que j&rsquo;utilise n&rsquo;est pas du tout piquante.
