La derni\u00e8re fois remonte \u00e0 4 ans, lorsqu&rsquo;on avait abattu des cocotiers sur notre terrain pour planter des arbres qui font de l&rsquo;ombre et qui ne sont pas dangereux.<br>Ben oui, un cocotier c&rsquo;est assez agressif : lorsqu&rsquo;une noix de coco se d\u00e9tache et tombe, il vaut mieux ne pas \u00eatre dessous. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait une grande d\u00e9couverte pour moi, je ne savais pas que cela se mangeait et je dois dire que je m&rsquo;attendais \u00e0 quelque chose d&rsquo;un peu \u00e9trange. Honn\u00eatement, <strong>j&rsquo;ai ador\u00e9<\/strong> ! \ud83d\udc95<br>On a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 du coeur de palmier durant une semaine enti\u00e8re car il y en avait vraiment beaucoup ! J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9vor\u00e9 le c\u0153ur de palmier frais dans tous ses \u00e9tats. <br>\ud83c\udf34 C&rsquo;est croquant, frais, et a un tr\u00e8s l\u00e9ger go\u00fbt de noix de coco. On n&rsquo;en voit pas souvent, et je me rappelle que mes amis consid\u00e9raient cela comme une marchandise de luxe. J&rsquo;ai pay\u00e9 35 baht pour 500 grammes : un peu moins d&rsquo;un euro !<br>Autant dire que je ne vais pas attendre 4 ans avant d&rsquo;en cuisiner \u00e0 nouveau !<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette de <strong>c\u0153ur de palmier et crevettes<\/strong> est typique du sud de la Tha\u00eflande. De nombreux plats sont cuits ainsi dans la lait de coco. Ils s&rsquo;appellent <em>Tom Kati<\/em>, tom = bouilli, kati = lait de coco.  <br>On en a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 beaucoup et, le lendemain, j&rsquo;ai mang\u00e9 les restes avec des nouilles fra\u00eeches &#8230; mmmhhhhhhhhhhh<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques remarques sur les ingr\u00e9dients pour la recette<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"aupay-4142561590\" class=\"aupay-last-paragraph-blog aupay-entity-placement\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4895771430947602\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4895771430947602\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"3844729553\" \ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<\/div><p>Je ne sais pas si tu trouves du c\u0153ur de palmier frais en Europe. Si oui, fonce ! C&rsquo;est carr\u00e9ment d\u00e9licieux. Sinon, il faut te rabattre sur celui en bo\u00eete. <br><em>Remarque : Je n&rsquo;ai jamais go\u00fbt\u00e9 le coeur de palmier en bo\u00eete mais V\u00e9ro a test\u00e9 cette recette<strong> avec du c\u0153ur de palmier<\/strong> en bo\u00eete et le trouve un peu trop doux. Si tu utilises des bo\u00eetes, en fin de cuisson, juste avant de servir ton plat, ajoute 1-2 c.s. de jus de citron vert pour ajouter un peu de peps. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu as la chance de pouvoir te procurer <strong>du lait de coco frais<\/strong>, n&rsquo;utilise pas d&rsquo;eau. Remplace-la par du lait de coco frais. Le lait de coco que je trouve au march\u00e9 est beaucoup plus clair et plus liquide que le lait de coco en berlingot. C&rsquo;est pour cette raison que je propose d&rsquo;utiliser moiti\u00e9 eau &#8211; moiti\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/courge-caramelisee-et-lait-de-coco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">coconut milk<\/a> dans la recette.<br><br>Pour <strong>pr\u00e9parer le curcuma frais<\/strong>, le mieux est de mettre des gants jetables. Attention, le curcuma a des pigments de coloration qui sont tr\u00e8s puissants. Il est capable de teinter tout ce qu&rsquo;il touche en jaune-orang\u00e9. On peut facilement nettoyer des ustensiles m\u00e9talliques, mais les ustensiles en plastic garderont cette teinte orange &#8230; et tes doigts ou tes habits aussi !<br>G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, je le lave \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau courante (avec la peau) puis je le tranche rapidement et l&rsquo;utilise directement, comme \u00e7a, avec la peau. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques
