En tout cas pas dans cette r\u00e9gion de la Tha\u00eflande. Il y a des tas de pr\u00e9parations sucr\u00e9es \u00e0 base de riz et de noix de coco principalement. Elles ne sont normalement pas servies en dessert. On mange une triple portion de riz pour chaque repas avec un petit peu de viande ou de l\u00e9gumes. Parfois quelques morceaux de fruits en fin de repas. Par contre, en plus des 3 repas par jour, on prend des collations \u00e0 longueur de journ\u00e9e. Cela signifie qu&rsquo;on trouve rarement des g\u00e2teaux incroyables ou des tartes aux fruits. Le taux d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 fait que le pain et les p\u00e2tisseries se conservent mal et deviennent mous tr\u00e8s rapidement.<br>Parmi tous les desserts tha\u00efs, il y a ceux \u00e0 base de :<br>&#8211; <strong>riz gluant (stick rice)<\/strong> : riz gluant \u00e0 la mangue, riz gluant \u00e0 la coco cuit dans du bambou, riz gluant noir \u00e0 la coco, et bien d&rsquo;autres. <br>&#8211; <strong>de cr\u00eapes<\/strong> : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/kanoum-krok-petites-crepes-a-la-noix-de-coco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">petites cr\u00eapes au lait de coco<\/a> (\u00e0 tomber \u00e0 la renverse), cr\u00eapes de farine de riz farcies \u00e0 la p\u00e2te de haricot ou \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me de padan, ou encore des cr\u00eapes farcies \u00e0 la courge<\/strong> est absolument parfait pour les froides journ\u00e9es d&rsquo;automne et d&rsquo;hiver !<br>Il peut \u00eatre servi chaud, ti\u00e8de ou froid. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/courge-caramelisee-et-lait-de-coco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">coconut milk<\/a> peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s \u00e9c\u0153urant s&rsquo;il est trop sucr\u00e9. Et tr\u00e8s fade s&rsquo;il ne l&rsquo;est pas assez. &nbsp;<br>\ud83e\udd65 Le mieux est de ne mettre ni trop de sel ni trop de sucre en cours de pr\u00e9paration. Et d&rsquo;en ajouter petit \u00e0 petit en fin de cuisson, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le go\u00fbt nous plaise bien.<br>\ud83e\udd65 Un autre point important est de ne pas trop cuire la courge. Il faut qu&rsquo;elle soit juste tendre, pas croquante, mais pas fondante.
