Une bo\u00eete de maquereaux ou sardines \u00e0 la sauce tomate co\u00fbte 6 baht : 0.15 euros ou 0.20 chf.<br>G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, on m\u00e9lange du piment frais hach\u00e9, de la citronnelle, du jus de citron et des \u00e9chalotes avec la sauce tomate des poissons. \u00c7a donne au final quelque chose de plut\u00f4t bon qui se mange soit chaud, soit froid.<br>J&rsquo;ai eu envie de pr\u00e9parer une salade de poisson dans ce m\u00eame esprit, mais un peu plus \u00e9labor\u00e9e. Il pensait que je plaisantais. Il croyait que c&rsquo;\u00e9tait un gag sur la fin de mois et la facture d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 qu&rsquo;on venait juste de recevoir.<br>Quand il a compris que j&rsquo;\u00e9tais s\u00e9rieuse et qu&rsquo;il a vu que je voulais ajouter de la papaye mure dans la salade, il a hauss\u00e9 les sourcils et m&rsquo;a dit : <em>\u00ab\u00a0de toute fa\u00e7on, en Europe, vous mangez n&rsquo;importe quoi\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>. L\u00e0, c&rsquo;est moi qui ai bien rigol\u00e9 parce que quand on mange des pattes de poulet, on est mal plac\u00e9 pour faire ce genre de commentaires. href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/comment-preparer-de-la-poudre-de-riz-gluant-grille\/\"><strong>de la poudre de riz gluant grill\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/a> Ouais, dit comme \u00e7a, c&rsquo;est s\u00fbr, \u00e7a fait pas beaucoup d&rsquo;effet. J&rsquo;en mets souvent dans mes salades et j&rsquo;adore le petit crunch que \u00e7a ajoute \u00e0 une b\u00eate salade verte. Allez, fais un essai, tu verras !<br>Normalement, la poudre de riz grill\u00e9 se pr\u00e9pare avec du \u00ab\u00a0sticky rice\u00a0\u00bb, du riz gluant. Quand je n&rsquo;en ai pas sous la main, j&rsquo;utilise du riz tha\u00ef tout ce qu&rsquo;il y a de plus standard et je dois avouer que je ne remarque pas vraiment la diff\u00e9rence (mais ne dis cela \u00e0 personne, stp).<br>Tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, y a pas de raison de s&rsquo;en priver !<br>Il suffit de mettre 1 poign\u00e9e de riz (ou plus) dans une po\u00eale et de chauffer \u00e0 sec (sans huile) \u00e0 feu moyen. M\u00e9lange sans arr\u00eat jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le riz ait une jolie couleur ambr\u00e9e. Cela prend une dizaine de minutes.<br>Laisse refroidir puis broie le tout dans un mixeur pour obtenir une poudre assez fine.<\/p><div id=\"aupay-1972808323\" class=\"aupay-insert-post
