Toutes mes excuses !<br>Voici donc comment pr\u00e9parer une <strong>p\u00e2te de curry massaman<\/strong>. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un curry tr\u00e8s parfum\u00e9, avec beaucoup d&rsquo;\u00e9pices, mais qui n&rsquo;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas trop piquant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, j&rsquo;ach\u00e8te les p\u00e2tes de curry fra\u00eeches au march\u00e9. La gentille marchande vend des p\u00e2tes de curry faites maison qui sont absolument d\u00e9licieuses. On peut trouver des piments doux s\u00e9ch\u00e9s plus ou moins piquants. Mais que le plus onctueux sera fait au mortier. <br>J&rsquo;imagine que l&rsquo;id\u00e9e du blender ferait h\u00e9risser le poil des puristes de la cuisine tha\u00efe mais c&rsquo;est, en toute sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9, une mani\u00e8re facile, rapide et d\u00e9licieuse pour r\u00e9aliser les p\u00e2tes de curry maison. Plus besoin d&rsquo;en acheter au magaz.<br>J&rsquo;ai appris \u00e0 faire des p\u00e2tes de curry de mani\u00e8re traditionnelle, lors d&rsquo;un cours de cuisine tha\u00efe \u00e0 Chiang Mai. J&rsquo;ai d&rsquo;abord essay\u00e9 d&rsquo;ajouter de l&rsquo;eau, comme conseill\u00e9 dans la plupart des recettes. Ca marche, c&rsquo;est light mais cela ne donne pas une consistance tr\u00e8s belle \u00e0 la p\u00e2te. L&rsquo;huile est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable mais \u00e7a donne une p\u00e2te grasse. Au final, <strong>je mets du lait de coco<\/strong> et c&rsquo;est parfait.
