Facile et inratable : tout ce que j&rsquo;aime !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des jours avec et des jours sans &#8230;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourtant, je te jure que je me suis appliqu\u00e9e : \u00e0 peine j&rsquo;avais termin\u00e9 de couper tous les petits l\u00e9gumes et de les blanchir, j&rsquo;ai renvers\u00e9 le plat les contenant, m\u00e9langeant ainsi, sur le sol de ma cuisine, toutes les diff\u00e9rentes couleurs. Puis, comme ce n&rsquo;est pas assez, j&rsquo;ai eu la stupide id\u00e9e d&rsquo;utiliser un moule \u00e0 cake (le seul moule que j&rsquo;ai) qui coulisse pour r\u00e9gler la taille : Je le remplis de l\u00e9gumes nettoy\u00e9s et retri\u00e9s, je mets mon m\u00e9lange de liant par-dessus le tout&#8230; et bien sur, le liant commence \u00e0 suinter par les fentes. Pas grave, que je me dis, dans 3 secondes il est dans le four, la chaleur du bain-marie va figer tout cela, ma microfuite sera r\u00e9duite \u00e0 n\u00e9ant !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ouais, ben \u00e7a, \u00e7a arrive que chez les autres. Chez moi, c&rsquo;est apr\u00e8s 2 minutes de cuisson que le four d\u00e9cide de faire sauter les fusibles et de s&rsquo;arr\u00eater de chauffer. Attention, attention, on cuisine du poisson&#8230; Tu sais donc ce que \u00e7a veut dire, hein ?&nbsp;Si, si, tu consultes cette liste des esp\u00e8ces de poissons en danger avant de te d\u00e9cider d&rsquo;acheter quoi que ce soit. <a title=\"Liste des poissons recommand\u00e9s et d\u00e9conseill\u00e9s \u00e0 la consommation\" href=\"http:\/\/www.greenpeace.org\/switzerland\/Global\/switzerland\/fr\/publications\/oceans\/2010_Oceans_Brochure_GuidePoisson.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Liste des poissons recommand\u00e9s et d\u00e9conseill\u00e9s<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette fois, j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour un moule \u00e0 mini-cakes en silicone (le seul que j&rsquo;ai) pour \u00e9viter les fuites. En plus, cela fait des jolies portions pour une entr\u00e9e, c&rsquo;est parfait !<br>Pr\u00e9pare bien tes r\u00e9cipients avant de commencer la recette : trouve un plat \u00e0 gratin qui peut facilement contenir ton moule \u00e0 terrine. Il faudra que le moule \u00e0 gratin soit rempli d&rsquo;eau bouillante pour le bain-marie et que le niveau de l&rsquo;eau arrive aux 2\/3 de la hauteur du moule \u00e0 terrine.<br>Petite remarque : c&rsquo;est pas facile de d\u00e9placer le moule en silicone lorsqu&rsquo;il est rempli. Le mieux c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;avoir 4 mains au total pour le d\u00e9poser dans le bain-marie ou alors de transporter le moule sur une planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper rigide et de le faire glisser d\u00e9licatement de la planche au bain-marie.<br>Hormis cette \u00e9tape un peu acrobatique, le reste de la recette est super fastoche !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques recettes concerne la sauce, je te donne une recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/poulet-saute-a-la-citronnelle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>sauce \u00e0 la citronnelle<\/strong><\/a>&#8230; mais servie juste avec du jus de citron, une vinaigrette ou encore un fromage blanc aux herbes, c&rsquo;est d\u00e9licieux aussi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette <strong>terrine de poisson et crevettes<\/strong> peut se manger chaude, au sortir du four ou froide. Apr\u00e8s une nuit au frigo, elle est absolument d\u00e9licieuse. Chaude, c&rsquo;est assez fragile, il faut manipuler ces mini-terrines avec pr\u00e9cautions. Une fois froides, elles se sont solidifi\u00e9es un peu, tu peux d\u00e9couper de jolies tranches bien nettes.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div id=\"wprm-recipe-container-10809\"
