Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une des variantes de curry rouge parmi les moins piquantes, dans laquelle on ajoute un peu de citron kaffir et des cacahu\u00e8tes. <br>Comme base de cette p\u00e2te de curry panang, on utilise des <strong>piments doux s\u00e9ch\u00e9s<\/strong>. On peut trouver des piments doux s\u00e9ch\u00e9s plus ou moins piquants. Contr\u00f4le bien la puissance des piments avant de d\u00e9cider la quantit\u00e9 que tu vas utiliser. Il m&rsquo;est arriv\u00e9 de pr\u00e9parer des p\u00e2tes de curry SANS piment doux s\u00e9ch\u00e9, car&nbsp;mes amis ne pouvaient pas du tout manger quoi que ce soit qui pique m\u00eame l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Alors bon, ce n&rsquo;est pas recommand\u00e9 mais \u00e0 toi de voir si tu veux en utiliser 0, 5 ou 10 ! J&rsquo;imagine que mes explications pour faire la p\u00e2te de curry au blender feraient h\u00e9risser le poil des puristes de la cuisine tha\u00ef, mais c&rsquo;est, en toute sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9, une mani\u00e8re facile et rapide pour r\u00e9aliser les <strong>p\u00e2tes de curry maison<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques conseils pour la r\u00e9alisation de cette recette <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf36\ufe0f On commence toujours par <strong>faire griller les ingr\u00e9dients secs<\/strong> dans une po\u00eale pour en faire ressortir les ar\u00f4mes. Surtout le galanga et la citronnelle. Cela \u00e9vite d&rsquo;avoir des fibres qui ne se m\u00e9langent pas bien \u00e0 la p\u00e2te.<br><br>\ud83c\udf36\ufe0f  Pour la pr\u00e9paration au blender, j&rsquo;ajoute toujours un peu de liquide pour avoir une belle p\u00e2te bien lisse. Ce qui marche le mieux, c&rsquo;est le lait de coco.
