Autant j\u2019adore les curry et autres plats en sauce lorsqu\u2019ils sont bien piment\u00e9s, autant j\u2019aime les salades avec une faible dose de piments. Comme par esprit de contradiction, ce sont les salades qui arrachent le plus. <br>Avec l\u2019\u00e2ge, j\u2019ai \u00e9galement de plus en plus de peine \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail crus. Et ici, les salades en sont recouvertes. Et pour terminer avec ma complainte, je n\u2019aime pas les tomates crues. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 aujourd\u2019hui, j\u2019appelais \u00e7a \u00ab\u00a0nouilles de riz\u00a0\u00bb !<br>En ouvrant mon paquet de vermicelles pour pr\u00e9parer la recette je lis sur l\u2019emballage (car c\u2019est \u00e9crit en Anglais pour une fois) : <em>Bean vermiceli<\/em>. Petit moment de panique : <em>\u00abcrotte, j\u2019ai pas achet\u00e9 le bon truc\u00bb<\/em> puis la z\u00e9nitude revient et je fais une recherche internet pour d\u00e9couvrir qu\u2019en fait les <em>Glass Noodles<\/em> ne sont pas des nouilles de riz ! Comme quoi, \u00a0quand on a l&rsquo;habitude d&rsquo;avoir toujours raison, il ne faut pas surfer sur le net !<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D&rsquo;autres recettes de salade<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf3a Tout d&rsquo;abord, ce n&rsquo;est pas du tout une salade tha\u00efe traditionnelle, c&rsquo;est une adaptation personnelle. Dans cette recette, j\u2019ai ajout\u00e9 de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/comment-preparer-de-la-poudre-de-riz-gluant-grille\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la poudre de riz grill\u00e9<\/a><\/strong> pour le c\u00f4t\u00e9 crunchy. Ce n\u2019est pas obligatoire, la salade est d\u00e9licieuse sans \u00e9galement.<br>\ud83c\udf3a Attention, ces vermicelles ne sont vraiment pas terribles lorsqu\u2019ils sont trop cuits, ils deviennent gluant. Quoi que disent les instructions sur le paquet, je te conseille de <strong>ne pas les faire cuire<\/strong>. Le mieux est de les <strong>faire tremper 10 minutes dans l\u2019eau froide<\/strong>, de les \u00e9goutter et de les laisser <strong>1 minutes dans de l\u2019eau super chaude<\/strong> (qui vient de bouillir), de les \u00e9goutter \u00e0 nouveau et de <strong>les tremper dans de l\u2019eau froide pour stopper la cuisson.<\/strong> Une fois ces op\u00e9rations termin\u00e9es, on les laisse \u00e9goutter une dizaine de minutes.<br>\ud83c\udf3a Avant de les mettre dans la salade, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de les couper en morceaux de 8-10 cm de long autrement ils sont un peu difficile \u00e0 m\u00e9langer aux l\u00e9gumes.<br>\ud83c\udf3a Si tu aimes le \u00abqui pique\u00bb tu peux ajouter plein de piments frais hach\u00e9s ou quelques gouttes de tabasco dans la sauce.<br>La quantit\u00e9 de coriandre et de menthe d\u00e9pend de te go\u00fbts. Pour ma part, j\u2019en ai mis une dizaine de feuilles de chaque.<br>\ud83c\udf3a Si tu souhaites <strong>une salade tha\u00ef authentique<\/strong>, remplace les l\u00e9gumes par des tomates en quartiers et ajoute des oignons en rondelles.<br>\ud83c\udf3a  Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de ne pas pr\u00e9parer les vermicelles \u00e0 l\u2019avance. S\u2019ils trempent dans la sauce, ils auront tendance \u00e0 gonfler et \u00e0 devenir p\u00e2teux.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div id=\"wprm-recipe-container-8882\"
