Car moi, je n\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 ni foie gras, ni hu\u00eetres, ni chocolat, ni marrons glac\u00e9s dans mon r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oh la la, comme \u00e7a m\u2019a fait envie tous ces bons plats dont je voyais passer les recettes\u00a0!<br>Pour No\u00ebl, le supermarch\u00e9 local proposait un rayon complet de bo\u00eetes de biscuits sabl\u00e9s \u00e0 des prix exorbitants (6 euros la bo\u00eete, cela correspond, ici \u00e0 un bon repas au restaurant) et c\u2019est tout, rien d\u2019autre qui change des habituels carottes-chou-poulet-\u0153ufs\u00a0! Quelle mis\u00e8re\u00a0! <br>Avant nouvel an, ils ont eu la bonne id\u00e9e de proposer du saumon fum\u00e9 pr\u00e9-tranch\u00e9, sous vide, et congel\u00e9\u2026 Autant dire que rien que la couleur orange vif du saumon \u00e9tait repoussante, le fait que sa provenance ne soit pas indiqu\u00e9e n\u2019a pas am\u00e9lior\u00e9 les choses, et surgel\u00e9 en prime. J\u2019ai pass\u00e9 mon chemin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e en Tha\u00eflande<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No\u00ebl, on n\u2019en parle pas, on n\u2019a m\u00eame pas eu de jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9.<br>Pour nouvel an, on a eu droit \u00e0 3 jours de cong\u00e9. Le 31 au soir, on voulait aller prendre un verre quelque part, juste histoire de marquer le coup. On a tourn\u00e9 durant 40 minutes sans trouver un seul endroit chouette qui servait des boissons alcoolis\u00e9es ! Il y a soit des restaurants halal en bord de mer qui ne servent pas d\u2019alcool, soit des bars karaok\u00e9 avec des filles \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 \u00e0 poil. Pas de juste milieu. restent tous un peu croquants. Ce n\u2019est pas tr\u00e8s bon quand certains l\u00e9gumes sont trop cuits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour cette recette, j\u2019utilisais toujours de la sauce de poisson et du bouillon\u2026 mais mes l\u00e9gumes saut\u00e9s n\u2019\u00e9taient jamais aussi bons que ceux de Nan qui, lui, n\u2019utilise ni l\u2019un ni l\u2019autre.\u00a0 <br>Voici comment il pr\u00e9pare
