J&rsquo;ai pu mettre la main sur quelques emballages de beaux champignons. Ici, c&rsquo;est comme \u00e7a. Tu pr\u00e9vois tes repas, tu vas au magaz, il n&rsquo;y a rien de ce que tu veux. Tu finis par choisir les l\u00e9gumes qui te font de l&rsquo;oeil. Une fois \u00e0 la maison tu regardes ce qui sors de ton panier et tu te demandes ce que tu vas bien pouvoir pr\u00e9parer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du coup, j&rsquo;ai pens\u00e9 \u00e0 une tarte aux champis, mais j&rsquo;avais la flemme de pr\u00e9parer de la p\u00e2te puis de l&rsquo;\u00e9taler en mettant de la farine dans toute ma cuisine. Je suis alors tomb\u00e9e sur cette super d\u00e9licieuse <strong>recette de champignons \u00e0 la cannelle et au citron <\/strong>tir\u00e9e <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4gGubaR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">du livre Plenty d&rsquo;Ottolenghi<\/a>&nbsp;: facile \u00e0 faire, cela ne demande pas d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dient particulier et le go\u00fbt est vraiment parfait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu peux la pr\u00e9parer avec n&rsquo;importe quel champignon. Les enoki ne supportent pas bien la cuisson, ils se mangent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement crus ou \u00e0 peine saisis. Si tu en mets dans ton plat, ajoute-les en fin de cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai un peu diminu\u00e9 la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;huile de la recette originale car, \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt, il y en a bien trop. J&rsquo;ai aussi ajout\u00e9 une pinc\u00e9e de sucre pour balancer le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/poisson-a-la-vapeur-au-citron-vert-et-a-lail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">citron<\/a>, mais ce n&rsquo;est pas obligatoire. Mes papilles se sont habitu\u00e9es \u00e0 la nourriture tha\u00efe qui n&rsquo;est pas vraiment acide. Je sais qu&rsquo;en Europe j&rsquo;aimais bien ce go\u00fbt citronn\u00e9 un peu agressif, \u00e0 toi de voir.<br>Je n&rsquo;ai pas de thym frais, j&rsquo;ai mis du thym-citron s\u00e9ch\u00e9 <em>(merci Nabila \ud83d\udc9c) <\/em>et j&rsquo;ai remplac\u00e9 le persil plat par de la coriandre (puisque je ne trouve pas de persil).<br><strong>C&rsquo;est carr\u00e9ment d\u00e9licieux servi
