Pourtant, c&rsquo;est carr\u00e9ment mon curry pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9. \ud83d\udc95<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9gion dans laquelle je vis. Normalement, il n&rsquo;y a que les carcasses et les l\u00e9gumes mais j&rsquo;aime mieux lorsqu&rsquo;il y a de la chaire de poisson. Si tu utilises des darnes de poisson frais, cuis-les enti\u00e8res dans le curry. <br>\ud83d\udc1f <strong>Le poisson s\u00e9ch\u00e9-sal\u00e9 <\/strong>est un aliment de base du sud de la Tha\u00eflande. On en trouve sur tous les march\u00e9s. Poissons de toutes les tailles, filets ou poissons entiers, tr\u00e8s sal\u00e9 ou moins sal\u00e9. Il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement juste frit et on le mange comme accompagnement, un peu comme on mange du pain en Europe. On trouve aussi une version s\u00e9ch\u00e9e-sucr\u00e9e qui est d\u00e9licieuse aussi. J&rsquo;ai donc trouv\u00e9 un compromis qui me convient bien mais qui exasp\u00e8re le marchand de poisson s\u00e9ch\u00e9.
