On la trouve dans de nombreux stands de street food entre 6.00 heures et 9.00 heures du matin. Quand on l&rsquo;ach\u00e8te, le marchand l&#8217;emballe dans une feuille de papier ou dans un sachet en plastic, sans sauce. La sauce vient \u00e0 part. On l&#8217;emporte et on la mange en arrivant au boulot. Ici, les gens mangent sans arr\u00eat, ils mangent \u00e0 n&rsquo;importe quelle heure, ils mangent \u00e0 leur poste de travail. C&rsquo;est assez surprenant, mais on s&rsquo;y habitue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le go\u00fbt de cette <strong>salade de riz tha\u00efe<\/strong> est tr\u00e8s particulier et absolument d\u00e9licieux. Les herbes et les l\u00e9gumes apportent beaucoup de fra\u00eecheur. On pr\u00e9pare cette sauce \u00e0 base de <strong>sauce <em>budhu ou budu <\/em><\/strong> (prononc\u00e9 boudou), c&rsquo;est une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 du sud de la Tha\u00eflande et du nord de la Malaisie \u00e0 base d&rsquo;anchois ferment\u00e9s. Le riz est parfois color\u00e9 naturellement avec des fleurs de pois papillon. Si tu souhaites du riz bleu, fais infuser des fleurs de pois papillon (fra\u00eeches ou s\u00e9ch\u00e9es) dans de l&rsquo;eau chaude durant une 15 aine de minutes. Utilise cette eau bleue pour cuire le riz. Les fleurs ne donnent pas de go\u00fbt, c&rsquo;est juste pour le fun de la couleur. <br>\ud83c\udf36 Il compter <strong>3 portions de l\u00e9gumes et herbes m\u00e9lang\u00e9s <\/strong>pour<strong> 1 portion de riz cuit.<\/strong><br>Il y a \u00e9galement&nbsp;: <br>\ud83c\udf36 De la poudre de crevettes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es qu&rsquo;on pr\u00e9pare en passant des crevettes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es au blender. Ou du \u00ab\u00a0fish floss\u00a0\u00bb qui est du poisson effiloch\u00e9 et s\u00e9ch\u00e9. <br>\ud83c\udf36 De la noix de coco torr\u00e9fi\u00e9e. On peut la faire soi-m\u00eame en chauffant de la noix de coco en poudre dans une po\u00eale sans huile, en remuant sans cesse jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle prenne une belle couleur ambr\u00e9e. <br>\ud83c\udf36 Des <a title=\"Orange vermicelli, fried rice noodles\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/vermicelles-oranges-nouilles-sautees\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vermicelles oranges<\/a>. C&rsquo;est une sauce qui a la consistance du sirop d&rsquo;\u00e9rable. Elle est douce (parfois un peu trop sucr\u00e9e chez certains marchands) et riche en umami. Cette sauce lie \u00e0 merveille toutes les saveurs des plates aromatiques. Elle se pr\u00e9pare en m\u00e9langeant de la sauce budhu \u00e0 un sirop de sucre parfum\u00e9 au galanga et combava. Pour pr\u00e9parer cette sauce, tu peux suive la recette ci-dessous et remplacer le poisson s\u00e9ch\u00e9 par de la sauce budhu si tu en trouves en magasin. Dans le cas o\u00f9 tu ne trouves ni de poisson s\u00e9ch\u00e9-sal\u00e9 ni de sauce budhu, en dernier recours, tu peux utiliser quelques anchois sal\u00e9s bien \u00e9goutt\u00e9s et r\u00e9duis en
