Le th\u00e8me change en fonction des saisons et des humeurs du jury. Cette fois, la <strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">cuisine sauvage<\/span><\/strong>&nbsp;est \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur, autant dire que cela m&rsquo;interpelle. La cuisine sauvage, je la pratique au quotidien et dans tous les sens du terme : cuisiner \u00e0 m\u00eame le sol, sans \u00e9quipement, d\u00e9pecer les poissons que les voisins nous offrent, acheter au march\u00e9 des poulets qui ont encore la t\u00eate et les pattes, choisir des <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><a title=\"Curry de poisson s\u00e9ch\u00e9 et de liserons d\u2019eau\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/curry-de-poisson-seche-et-de-liserons-deau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">poissons s\u00e9ch\u00e9s mang\u00e9s par les vers<\/span><\/a><\/span>, lutter contre les fourmis qui envahissent la cuisine, les poulets des voisins qui viennent pondre sur ma terrasse et les ch\u00e8vres qui broutent mes plantes aromatiques\u2026 et surtout, go\u00fbter des <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><a title=\"facebook\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/aupaysdespiments?ref=hl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">nouvelles herbes, graines, fruits,<\/span><\/a><\/span> \u2026 &nbsp;Plusieurs fois par semaine. C&rsquo;est fun, c&rsquo;est int\u00e9ressant, mais c&rsquo;est aussi un peu ext\u00e9nuant\u2026<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Le plus dr\u00f4le, pour moi, est de voir les gens collecter leur nourriture : o\u00f9 que tu regardes, tu vois tes voisins ramasser des feuilles, des fruits, creuser pour trouver une racine de ci ou de \u00e7a, tu vois passer des gens avec des poulets vivants sous le bras\u2026<br>Autour de chez moi, en bordure de champs, il y a du <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><a title=\"galangal\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo.php?fbid=481355558643519&amp;set=pb.386835748095501.-2207520000.1396944020.&amp;type=3&amp;theater\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">galangal<\/span><\/a>,<\/span> des plants de padan, du basilic sacr\u00e9, \u2026 qui poussent de mani\u00e8re sauvage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque fois que je d\u00e9couvre un nouveau fruit ou de la verdure comestible, je demande \u00e0 Nan ce que c&rsquo;est exactement et il m&rsquo;explique comment s&rsquo;en procurer\u2026 la r\u00e9ponse se termine toujours par un truc du genre : \u00ab\u00a0tu peux aller en ramasser l\u00e0-bas, derri\u00e8re la maison, j&rsquo;en ai vu l&rsquo;autre jour !\u00a0\u00bb Sauf que moi, c&rsquo;est hors de question que j&rsquo;aille crapahuter dans les herbes hautes et les broussailles. Non de non. Vu la quantit\u00e9 de serpents, scorpions et scolopendres qui habitent autour de chez moi, tu ne me fais pas quitter le chemin b\u00e9tonn\u00e9. Si, je te jure, il y a des cobras, des king cobras, <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><a title=\"pit vip\u00e8re\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo.php?fbid=429477177164691&amp;set=pb.386835748095501.-2207520000.1396944103.&amp;type=3&amp;theater\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">des pit vip\u00e8res<\/span><\/a><\/span> (et plein d&rsquo;autres dont je ne connais pas les noms) qui logent dans les champs de canne \u00e0 sucre et dans les cultures qui entourent ma maison. J&rsquo;en ai vu de me propres yeux et ce n&rsquo;est pas un spectacle qui me donne la force d&rsquo;aller r\u00e9colter des plantes sauvages. Dessous, un m\u00e9lange de braises et de pierres pour bien maintenir la chaleur. Les fruits ne se mangent pas.
