Du coup, je me suis rabattue sur <strong>les hauts de cuisses<\/strong> qui, eux, restent bien entiers\u2026 et c&rsquo;est juste parfait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques conseils avant de cuisiner : <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udeda <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Pour pr\u00e9parer le gingembre :<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0il faut retirer le plus gros de la peau. Pour cela, pas besoin de l&rsquo;\u00e9plucher, il suffit juste de le frotter avec une cuill\u00e8re ou le dos d&rsquo;un couteau. Si c&rsquo;est du gingembre nouveau, tu peux juste le brosser sous l&rsquo;eau courante pour le nettoyer, pas besoin de retirer la peau qui est tr\u00e8s fine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udeda Je pr\u00e9cise, avant que tu ne regardes la recette d&rsquo;un oeil m\u00e9fiant, que<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> la quantit\u00e9 de gingembre n&rsquo;est pas exag\u00e9r\u00e9e<\/span> <\/strong>et qu&rsquo;il ne faut surtout pas la diminuer. Une fois cuit, le gingembre donne un go\u00fbt beaucoup moins fort et piquant que lorsqu&rsquo;il est cru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\ud83e\udeda <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Pour pr\u00e9parer le curcuma frais\u00a0:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0le mieux est de mettre des gants jetables. Attention, le curcuma a des pigments de coloration qui sont tr\u00e8s puissants. Il est capable de teinter tout ce qu&rsquo;il touche en jaune-orang\u00e9. On peut facilement nettoyer des ustensiles m\u00e9talliques, mais les ustensiles en plastic garderont cette teinte orange &#8230; et tes doigts ou tes habits aussi !<br>G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, je le lave \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau courante (avec la peau) puis je le tranche rapidement et l&rsquo;utilise directement, comme \u00e7a, avec la peau.
