J&rsquo;en ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 parl\u00e9 dans mes posts pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents : en Tha\u00eflande, la viande de porc a une odeur assez forte et cela me d\u00e9range souvent. Je fais l\u00e0 une exception car j&rsquo;ai go\u00fbt\u00e9 ce plat de travers de porc aux 5 \u00e9pices chez une amie et je me suis r\u00e9gal\u00e9e. J&rsquo;ai donc essay\u00e9 de reproduire sa recette. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait tout aussi d\u00e9licieux que l&rsquo;original ! La viande est ultra tendre car elle cuit longtemps, le go\u00fbt des \u00ab\u00a05 \u00e9pices\u00a0\u00bb est parfaitement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, c&rsquo;est sal\u00e9 et doux \u00e0 la fois \u2026 slurp&#8230;<br>Tu peux accompagner ce plat de travers aux 5 \u00e9pices avec des l\u00e9gumes saut\u00e9s dont<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/legumes-sautes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> la recette se trouve ici.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On utilise des travers de porc coup\u00e9s en morceau pour cette recette. Tu peux les couper avec une hachette.
