N&rsquo;oublie pas que nous sommes en Tha\u00eflande et qu&rsquo;ici rien ne presse, pour aujourd&rsquo;hui, je t&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 une <strong>omelette farcie<\/strong> <strong>au curry vert.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;omelette tha\u00efe<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En Tha\u00eflande, les gens mangent beaucoup d&rsquo;\u0153ufs : c&rsquo;est une source de prot\u00e9ines moins ch\u00e8re que la viande. Comme tout le monde a des poules qui courent autour de la maison, tout le monde a des \u0153ufs. Moi, j&rsquo;aime pas les poules, donc je me contente d&rsquo;acheter mes oeufs au march\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un repas classique pour les travailleurs locaux se compose <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/y2QaNIM2rNA\">d&rsquo;une omelette<\/a> toute b\u00eate, de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/tom-yam-aux-crevettes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">poisson grill\u00e9 ou en soupe<\/a> et, si c&rsquo;est pas la fin du mois, d&rsquo;un autre plat. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, les tha\u00eflandais mangent BEAUCOUP de riz avec un petit peu de garniture. Contrairement \u00e0 nous qui mangeons beaucoup de garniture et un poil de riz pour accompagner. Ici, je te donne la recette pr\u00e9par\u00e9e \u00e0 base de l\u00e9gumes et viande crus mais tu peux ajouter tout ce que tu veux \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute dans la po\u00eale et donc recycler
