Pr\u00e9cise bien ce que tu cherches et contr\u00f4le que ce soit bien sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 sur le paquet.<\/p><div id=\"aupay-1854855397\" class=\"aupay-insert-post aupay-entity-placement\" style=\"margin-top: 6px;margin-bottom: 6px;\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4895771430947602\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4895771430947602\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"8266270428\" \ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Khao niao &#8211; le nom tha\u00ef du riz gluant<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En fait, le v\u00e9ritable nom devrait plut\u00f4t \u00eatre <strong>riz collant,<\/strong> c&rsquo;est la traduction litt\u00e9rale de son nom tha\u00ef : <em>Kaow niao. <\/em>Ce riz est effectivement collant, mais pas gluant du tout.<br>Pour la petite histoire, en Tha\u00eflande, on appelle <em>ki niao (collant, qui colle)<\/em> une personne qui est pingre car les sous restent coll\u00e9s dans la poche ! \ud83d\ude02<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment cuire le riz gluant ou sticky rice ? <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le riz gluant se cuit \u00e0 la vapeur.<\/strong> <br>Selon toutes les recettes traditionnelles, il faut tout d&rsquo;abord le laisser tremper une nuit dans de l&rsquo;eau, puis le cuire dans un panier en bambou, au-dessus d&rsquo;une marmite d&rsquo;eau bouillante, durant 10 minutes. Autant te dire que je n&rsquo;ai pas de panier en bambou (je ne vois pas bien o\u00f9 je pourrais le stocker dans ma cuisine) et que quand j&rsquo;ai envie de sticky rice, c&rsquo;est maintenant et pas demain. Du coup, cela m&rsquo;a un peu refroidie et j&rsquo;avais banni cet aliment de mes id\u00e9es de repas. Jusqu&rsquo;au jour o\u00f9, en espionnant Nah, (notre cuisini\u00e8re, lorsque j&rsquo;habitais sur mon \u00eele perdue), j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elle ne s&rsquo;y prenait pas la veille pour nous pr\u00e9parer du riz gluant.<br>Nah, elle est fut\u00e9e, elle connait toutes les combines ! Parce que non seulement elle ne s&rsquo;y prenait pas la veille mais en plus on n&rsquo;avait pas de panier en bambou pour cuire le riz !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Voici ses astuces<\/strong> pour pr\u00e9parer le riz gluant<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Il faut tout d&rsquo;abord faire tremper le riz dans un grand volume d&rsquo;eau durant 1 \u00e0 2 heures. Il suffit de trouver une casserole un poil plus petite que ta passoire. Tu fais chauffer de l&rsquo;eau dans la casserole (niveau plus bas que le fond de la passoire), tu poses la passoire dessus. Tu d\u00e9poses un torchon propre dans le fond de la passoire (torchon d\u00e9pli\u00e9), tu places ton riz pour la cuisson et tu fermes avec un couvercle. Pas besoin d&rsquo;ustensile particulier. <br>\u00c7a fait pas pro mais si tu fais cela pendant que personne ne regarde\u2026 o\u00f9 est le probl\u00e8me ?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment proc\u00e9der ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut compter 2 grosses poign\u00e9es de riz cru par personne. Tu laisses cuire \u00e0 la vapeur <strong>15 minutes de plus<\/strong>. Le temps de cuisson du riz est al\u00e9atoire, cela d\u00e9pend beaucoup du type de riz gluant que tu utilises, de la quantit\u00e9 que tu cuis et du degr\u00e9 de s\u00e9chage. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mieux est de tester le riz en cours de cuisson pour savoir quand il est pr\u00eat. <strong>Pour la cuisson, on compte entre 25 minutes et 40 minutes.<\/strong><br>Le riz gluant ne doit pas \u00eatre croquant, mais il reste ferme \u00e0 la cuisson.
