Ils peuvent \u00eatre mang\u00e9s chauds, ti\u00e8des ou froids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fait, ce ne sont pas vraiment des flans mais je ne sais pas trop quel nom leur donner. C&rsquo;est un peu entre un flan et une terrine. Si t&rsquo;as une id\u00e9e de nom plus app\u00e9tissant que flan de poisson, je suis preneuse ! \ud83d\udc47 tu peux l&rsquo;ajouter dans les commentaires \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est un des plat que Nah, notre cuisini\u00e8re, pr\u00e9parait r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour notre&nbsp;lunch. Mais ils sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9s avec de la p\u00e2te de curry rouge et sont souvent tr\u00e8s piquants. Lorsque Nah nous les cuisinait, ils \u00e9taient piment\u00e9s juste comme il faut et tr\u00e8s parfum\u00e9s. Ils sont, traditionnellement, cuits \u00e0 la vapeur dans des feuilles de bananier pli\u00e9es en forme de petite coupe. Dans ce post, je te pr\u00e9sente la version coupelle remplie de poisson et dans un autre article, je te pr\u00e9senterai <strong><a title=\"hor mok gai\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/?p=2807\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">une variante poulet-crevettes dans les petits paquets<\/a>.<\/strong> &nbsp;A toi de choisir ce que tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques conseils pour la pr\u00e9paration de ces flans de poisson<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\ud83e\udd44 Si tu ne trouves pas de <strong>feuilles de bananier <\/strong>&#8211; car je con\u00e7ois bien que \u00e7a ne se trouve pas \u00e0 tous les coins de rue &#8211; tu peux utiliser du papier sulfuris\u00e9&nbsp;ou des ramequins qui r\u00e9sistent \u00e0 la chaleur. Des moules \u00e0 cupcake en silicone font&nbsp;\u00e9galement&nbsp;l&rsquo;affaire. Recette pour <a title=\"Panang curry paste\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/pate-de-curry-panang\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la p\u00e2te de curry panang maison.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd44 J&rsquo;ai bien souvent vu Nah pr\u00e9parer ces flans mais je n&rsquo;ai jamais r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 suivre les proportions exactes qu&rsquo;elle utilisait. Du coup, j&rsquo;ai un peu t\u00e2tonn\u00e9 sans vraiment trouver la consistance id\u00e9ale et j&rsquo;ai finalement trouv\u00e9 une recette vraiment impec, celle du chef tha\u00ef McDang (ultra c\u00e9l\u00e8bre&nbsp;en Tha\u00eflande).
