En soi, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s intelligent car elle cuisinait pour 8 personnes et pouvait ainsi entasser les petits paquets dans la passoire pour la cuisson \u00e0 la vapeur.<br>Dans ce post, je te pr\u00e9sente la version\u00a0de Nah. rouge<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf36\u00a0La\u00a0<strong>curry paste recipe<\/strong>\u00a0rouge ou curry panang peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour ce plat mais le mieux est de la pr\u00e9parer soi-m\u00eame, elle est bien plus parfum\u00e9e et tu peux adapter la dose de piments. Notre p\u00e2te de curry pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e pour les Hor Mok est la p\u00e2te pour Gaeng Kati dont\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/cLKi1UiF3n0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la recette se trouve ici<\/a>. <br>\ud83c\udf36 Ces flans de poulet et crevettes au curry rouge se pr\u00e9parent normalement avec des feuilles de basilic doux. Le basilic doux, la plupart du temps, sur l&rsquo;\u00eele, on n&rsquo;en avait pas. Par contre, dans notre jardin, on avait des <a title=\"Feuilles de b\u00e9tel ou feuilles de lolot ?\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/feuilles-de-betel-ou-feuilles-de-lolot\/\">feuilles de lalot<\/a>\u00a0\u00e0 profusion. Nah\u00a0les utilisait donc pour parfumer ces flans. A toi de voir ce que tu trouves facilement dans les magasins : basilic doux ou <a title=\"Feuilles de b\u00e9tel ou feuilles de lolot ?\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/feuilles-de-betel-ou-feuilles-de-lolot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">feuilles de lalot\u2026<\/a> mais il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de ne pas utiliser les 2 car ils ont chacun un parfum fort et particulier. Je dois dire que<strong> j&rsquo;aime bien le basilic doux avec le poisson et que je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les feuilles de lalot avec la version au poulet.<\/strong><br>\ud83c\udf36 Pour cette
