En Tha\u00eflande, les gens ont des noms difficiles \u00e0 prononcer (ils disent sans doute la m\u00eame chose pour nos noms \ud83d\ude02) du genre <em>Ad-ameen Khooldeen<\/em> or <em>Dontikhorn Wangsupiyoh<\/em>&nbsp;ou encore&nbsp;<em>Phichayaphak Yadyingprapan<\/em>. Je te promets que quand je dois m\u00e9moriser la liste des noms de 40 \u00e9l\u00e8ves que j&rsquo;ai dans ma classe, c&rsquo;est pas de la tarte. Ouais, ici, c&rsquo;est encore le far-ouest. On r\u00e8gle les probl\u00e8mes \u00e0 coups de couteau pour commencer et si cela ne suffit pas \u00e0 les r\u00e9soudre, on sort le flingue.<br>En fait, A, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait mon voisin lorsque j&rsquo;habitait sur mon \u00eele. Le soir, il aimait s&rsquo;installer au bord de la \u00ab\u00a0rue\u00a0\u00bb pour boire un verre. Il en profitait pour <strong>allumer le barbecue et griller des crevettes, du poisson ou du b\u0153uf<\/strong>. Souvent, il nous invitait, Nan et moi, \u00e0 grignoter avec lui.<br>Son b\u0153uf grill\u00e9 \u00e9tait toujours d\u00e9licieux. &nbsp;Je lui ai demand\u00e9 sa recette et, \u00e0 ma grande surprise, il me l&rsquo;a r\u00e9cit\u00e9e de t\u00eate \u2026 chose qui n&rsquo;arrive carr\u00e9ment jamais en Tha\u00eflande car normalement, personne n&rsquo;est capable de donner ne serait-ce qu&rsquo;un ordre d&rsquo;id\u00e9e pour les quantit\u00e9s. Il m&rsquo;a m\u00eame propos\u00e9 de le pr\u00e9parer avec moi. A mon tour donc de te livrer tous les secrets de ce boeuf grill\u00e9 \ud83e\udef6<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C&rsquo;est quoi cette histoire de tigre qui pleure ? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Sua rong hai<\/em> <\/strong>est le nom tha\u00ef donn\u00e9 \u00e0 un plat de <strong>boeuf marin\u00e9 grill\u00e9 servi avec la sauce nam jim jeow. <\/strong>Originaire du nord-est de la Tha\u00eflande, ce plat est couramment consomm\u00e9 \u00e0 travers tout le pays. <br>Il y a de nombreuses histoires pour expliquer le nom de ce plat. Certains racontent qu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un morceau de b\u0153uf si dur que m\u00eame un tigre ne pouvait pas le m\u00e2cher, cela le rendait triste et il en pleurait. D&rsquo;autres histoires disent que le morceau de viande grill\u00e9 provient de la partie la plus tendre et la plus marbr\u00e9e, ce qui ne laisse au tigre que le reste des parties les plus dures, avec pour m\u00eame r\u00e9sultat final du tigre en larmes.&nbsp;<br>Et finalement certaines histoires racontent que les marbrures de la viande entrem\u00eal\u00e9e ressemblent aux rayures du tigre. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re utiliser la chair de tamarin en bloc et la pr\u00e9parer moi-m\u00eame pour en faire du concentr\u00e9.
