Juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 d&rsquo;eux, se trouvait le basilic sacr\u00e9. Ni une ni deux, j&rsquo;ai tout embarqu\u00e9. Voici donc, sans surprise, la recette des <strong>champignons saut\u00e9s au basilic sacr\u00e9<\/strong> &#8211; <em>hed pad kaprow<\/em>. C&rsquo;est une variante du <a title=\"Poulet saut\u00e9 au basilic tha\u00ef\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/poulet-saute-au-basilic-thai\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fameux poulet au basilic<\/a>. Ces champignons accompagnent parfaitement un plat de viande grill\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Le <strong>basilic sacr\u00e9<\/strong> (<em>kaprow<\/em> en tha\u00ef) n&rsquo;est pas toujours facile \u00e0 trouver en Europe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On trouve plus souvent du <strong>basilic doux<\/strong> (<em>horapa<\/em> en tha\u00ef), appel\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement basilic tha\u00ef,  dans les rayons des magasins. <br>Le go\u00fbt du basilic doux n&rsquo;est pas du tout semblable \u00e0 celui du basilic sacr\u00e9. Le basilic doux a un go\u00fbt tr\u00e8s puissant et tr\u00e8s anis\u00e9. <br>Le basilic sacr\u00e9 ne se consomme g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas cru, il est cuisin\u00e9. Son go\u00fbt est subtil et particulier, il ne peut pas vraiment \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par une autre herbe aromatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour que ce plat soit au top, il faut une grosse quantit\u00e9 de basilic sacr\u00e9, ne t&rsquo;inqui\u00e8te pas en lisant la recette, c&rsquo;est normal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 des pleurotes du panicaut &#8211; champignon qu&rsquo;on aime beaucoup &#8211; mais tu peux utiliser pleurotes, champignons de Paris, c\u00e8pes&nbsp;ou autres. N\u2019h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 les m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a
