Une combine facile pour le faire : on <strong>gratouille les bulbes de gingembre et le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/tiges-de-galanga-bouillies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">galangal<\/a> avec une cuill\u00e8re<\/strong> ou avec le dos de la lame du couteau. Cela permet d&rsquo;enlever la peau facilement. Le sachet en plastic est recommand\u00e9 si tu ne souhaites par retrouver des morceaux de gingembre dans toute ta cuisine ! <br><em>Si tu utilises un mortier, le mieux, c&rsquo;est de se mettre directement sur le sol. Non? si, je te jure ! Le citron vert n&rsquo;est pas au top si on le cuit ou qu&rsquo;on le met dans un plat tr\u00e8s chaud. Il vaut mieux l&rsquo;ajouter \u00e0 froid autrement il donne un go\u00fbt \u00e2pre \u00e0 ton plat. Ce go\u00fbt \u00e2pre est d&rsquo;autant plus important si tu laisses la peau du citron.
