C&rsquo;est la saison des barbecue ?? Une belle occasion pour te d\u00e9voiler ce recette de <strong>marinade tha\u00efe pour le poulet et le poisson<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Tha\u00eflande, la saison des pluies bat son plein : temps couvert, de la pluie tous les soirs, un taux d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire exploser la sonde et des sauts de temp\u00e9rature importants. Lorsque le soleil brille, on se croirait dans un four \u00e0 vapeur. Et d\u00e8s qu&rsquo;il pleut, on se cache sous le duvet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour changer de la grisaille, je te propose une recette color\u00e9e et parfum\u00e9e pour tes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/nahm-jim-jeow-sauce-pour-les-grillades\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">grillades<\/a> de saison. C&rsquo;est une <strong>marinade tha\u00efe<\/strong> toute simple \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Je l&rsquo;utilise <strong>pour le poulet,<\/strong> j&rsquo;y fais mariner des filets ou des cuisses. C&rsquo;est aussi parfait pour parfumer <strong>des poissons<\/strong> entiers. J&rsquo;en remplis l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du poisson avant de le coincer dans ma grille \u00e0 poisson pour le barbecue ou de le mettre dans une papillote. Il faut saler la viande ou le poisson avant de les mettre sur le grill. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le temps de marinage est \u00e0 fixer en fonction de tes go\u00fbts. Chez moi, le poulet passe la nuit au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur dans la marinade.
