Le pomelo est un agrume \u00e0 la chair ferme et juteuse. C&rsquo;est un superbe livre de cuisine tha\u00efe qui regroupe des recettes traditionnelles pr\u00e9par\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re un peu plus \u00e9labor\u00e9e que ce que j&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;habitude de cuisiner au quotidien.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Les pr\u00e9parations sont simples mais plut\u00f4t longues, &nbsp;mais cela en vaut d\u00e9finitivement la peine. La section du livre qui regroupe les recettes de salades est fantastique et me donne envie de toutes les pr\u00e9parer. Tu vas donc voir apparaitre, sur le site, plusieurs recettes tir\u00e9es de ce livre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information sur les ingr\u00e9dients <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\ud83c\udf36\ufe0f Il existe des pomelos jaunes ou rose. Les jaunes sont un peu moins sucr\u00e9s que les roses et conviennent mieux \u00e0 cette salade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf36\ufe0f On ajoute dans la salade de la noix de coco grill\u00e9e. C&rsquo;est facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer en torr\u00e9fiant dans une po\u00eale, \u00e0 sec, de la noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e s\u00e9ch\u00e9e. C&rsquo;est une p\u00e2te un peu douce et peu piquante qui ajoute beaucoup de profondeur et d&rsquo;umami \u00e0 la sauce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf36\ufe0f Les \u00e9chalotes frites (ou oignons frits) sont croustillants et d\u00e9licieux. Ils se trouvent facilement dans les \u00e9piceries asiatiques, mais ne sont pas indispensables pour cette recette.
