Parmi tous les mets qui remplissent mon quotidien, ce qui me rend dingue, ce sont les salades. J&rsquo;ADOOOORE la<strong> salade tha\u00efe de haricots ail\u00e9s<\/strong>, appel\u00e9e <em>yam tua plu<\/em>. Mais j&rsquo;aime toutes les autres \u00e9galement : <br><a title=\"Salade de papaye verte\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/salade-de-papaye-verte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8211; salade de papaye verte<\/a> <em>som tam<\/em>, <br>&#8211; salade de mangue verte et de poisson frit <em>yam pla douk fou<\/em> \ud83d\udc95<br><a title=\"Laab \u2013 salade tha\u00efe de poulet\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/laab-salade-thaie-de-poulet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8211; laab de poulet <\/a><em>laab ka\u00ef<\/em>, <br>&#8211; <a title=\"Sauce coco-crevettes pour tempuras\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/sauce-coco-crevettes-pour-tempuras\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">salade de tempuras de liserons d&rsquo;eau <\/a><em>yam pak boung krob<\/em>, <br>bref, il en existe une multitude, toutes meilleures les unes que les autres !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les salades tha\u00efes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En Tha\u00eflande, les salades sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement compos\u00e9es de trucs tendres, de trucs qui croustillent, de l\u00e9gumes frais et de viande, de poisson ou de fruits de mer. Elles sont recouvertes d&rsquo;une sauce tr\u00e8s parfum\u00e9e et tr\u00e8s piment\u00e9e \u00e0 la fois douce et acidul\u00e9e \u2026 mmhhh, j&rsquo;en bave sur mon clavier !<br>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je te livre <strong>la recette de ma salade pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e<\/strong>, celle d&rsquo;entre toutes que je ne peux pas m&#8217;emp\u00eacher de commander au restaurant.<br>Pourquoi celle-l\u00e0 ? bah \u2026 parce que ! Tu as d&rsquo;autres questions ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bon allez, je vais te dire pourquoi : tout d&rsquo;abord, il y a le croquant des haricots qui rappelle nos bonnes salades vertes europ\u00e9ennes. Ensuite, il y a des tas de trucs croustillants : les noix de cajou ou les cacahu\u00e8tes, les \u00e9chalotes frites, la noix de coco grill\u00e9es. Les crevettes et le poulet apportent une certaine douceur \u00e0 la salade et pour couronner le tout, on la recouvre d&rsquo;une <strong>sauce au lait de coco, au tamarin et \u00e0 la confiture de la Tha\u00eflande, la <strong>salade de haricots ail\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0yam tua plu\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> est servie toujours tr\u00e8s piment\u00e9e. <br>&#8211; Dans ma recette, il n&rsquo;y a pas de poudre de piment s\u00e9ch\u00e9 dans la sauce mais tu peux en ajouter si tu le souhaites. Fais attention de ne pas trop les cuire, ils doivent rester croquants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette salade, on ajoute de la noix de coco grill\u00e9e. Je la trouve toute pr\u00eate au march\u00e9. <br>Pour la pr\u00e9parer, il suffit de faire chauffer de la noix de coco s\u00e9ch\u00e9e et r\u00e2p\u00e9e dans une po\u00eale, sans huile, \u00e0 feu moyen. Tu remues r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la noix de coco ait une belle couleur dor\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a
