C&rsquo;est un des plats incontournables de la cuisine tha\u00efe que tous les visiteurs adorent. Les poulets aux noix de cajou, j&rsquo;en ai go\u00fbt\u00e9 des dizaines. Le seul qui m&rsquo;a vraiment fait WOW, c&rsquo;est celui de mon ex-patronne.<br>Le probl\u00e8me principal a \u00e9t\u00e9 de lui extorquer la recette car elle n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas vraiment partageuse, la froumi ! Mais, je suis une personne d\u00e9termin\u00e9e lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de se r\u00e9galer et, petit \u00e0 petit, j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9colt\u00e9 les informations n\u00e9cessaires. Il faut quand m\u00eame ajouter qu&rsquo;\u00e0 part cette recette et les oeufs au tamarin, ce qu&rsquo;elle cuisinait n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas terrible. On comprend donc un peu mieux la raison pour laquelle elle tenait \u00e0 garder sa botte secr\u00e8te ! \ud83e\udd10 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que j&rsquo;aime dans cette recette, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;elle est diff\u00e9rente. La plupart des recettes de <strong>poulet tha\u00ef saut\u00e9 aux noix de cajou<\/strong> sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9s comme des l\u00e9gumes saut\u00e9s dans lesquels on ajoute du poulet et des noix de cajou. C&rsquo;est bon, mais c&rsquo;est classique. <br>L\u00e0, on s&rsquo;attaque \u00e0 des go\u00fbts bien diff\u00e9rents ! Dis-moi ce que tu en penses si tu pr\u00e9pares cette recette. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf7d\ufe0f J&rsquo;ai modifi\u00e9 l&rsquo;original en y ajoutant des carottes, histoire d&rsquo;avoir bonne conscience et de croquer un peu de l\u00e9gumes. Je pense que des petits bouts de brocolis seraient pas trop mal non plus mais impossible de trouver des brocolis ces jours. Je te laisse donc les imaginer. <br>\ud83c\udf7d\ufe0f  Dans la recette originale, elle ajoute \u00e9galement des piments s\u00e9ch\u00e9s, qu&rsquo;elle fait frire avec les oignons. Quelle gourde que je suis, j&rsquo;ai m\u00eame pas contr\u00f4l\u00e9 avant de payer ! T&rsquo;imagines ma t\u00eate lorsque j&rsquo;ai voulu commencer \u00e0 faire \u00e0 manger !? Il a donc fallu que je les ouvre toutes pour jeter celles attaqu\u00e9es par le bestioles. Ca m&rsquo;a mis d&rsquo;une humeur torride que je te raconte m\u00eame pas !<br>Bref, 3 heures plus tard, j&rsquo;ai pu commencer \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer mon fameux poulet saut\u00e9 aux noix de cajou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>La confiture de piments<\/strong> (nam prik pao) se trouve toute pr\u00eate dans tous les supermarch\u00e9s de produits asiatiques. C&rsquo;est une p\u00e2te de piments doux grill\u00e9s qui baigne dans l&rsquo;huile. Il existe une version v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne assez semblable : la sauce de champignons.<br><strong>La sauce de poisson<\/strong> apporte l&rsquo;umami au plat. Elle est compos\u00e9e de farine toute b\u00eate, d&rsquo;un peu de farine de tapioca et d&rsquo;un poil de poudre \u00e0 lever.
