Comme son nom l&rsquo;indique clairement, il est plut\u00f4t amer (bah oui !). Il n&rsquo;est donc pas facile de le pr\u00e9parer correctement. Si son amertume est trop prononc\u00e9e, c&rsquo;est d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able. Malgr\u00e9 ce premier abord un peu difficile, quand il est bien cuisin\u00e9, c&rsquo;est un l\u00e9gume absolument d\u00e9licieux. Coup\u00e9 en morceaux, saut\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et servi sur des p\u00e2tes &#8230; glurps ! C&rsquo;\u00e9tait \u00e9trange et pas terrible au final. Pour r\u00e9sumer, en gros, plus ils sont vert fonc\u00e9 et plus ils sont petits, plus &nbsp;le go\u00fbt est prononc\u00e9 &#8230; A toi de voir ce que tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res. Cette peau est vraiment am\u00e8re, il est important de bien la retirer. Cela se fait facilement en grattant avec une cuill\u00e8re. Pour ces chips, il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de les vider, on frit les rondelles enti\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D&rsquo;autres recettes de l\u00e9gumes
