Je ne sais pas si tu arrives \u00e0 imaginer un voyage avec 35 instits tha\u00efs. Mais je vais tenter de te d\u00e9peindre l&rsquo;ambiance&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Tha\u00eflande, les gens vivent en groupe et voyagent en groupe. La plupart de mes coll\u00e8gues n&rsquo;a jamais voyag\u00e9 hors du pays. Ici, les gens organisent leurs voyages via une agence qui r\u00e9serve tout et met un guide \u00e0 disposition. On suit le guide. On tente de voire et faire un maximum de choses en un minimum de temps. <br>Nous avons voyag\u00e9 en bus&#8230; et dans le bus, histoire de ne pas s&rsquo;ennuyer, il y a des micros, des giga-\u00e9crans et on fait du karaok\u00e9 en poussant le volume \u00e0 coin ! Apr\u00e8s une heure de chansonnette, j&rsquo;en avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 ras les chaussettes&#8230; mais imagine : <em>une semaine compl\u00e8te dans le bus &#8230; avec des voyages de 10 \u00e0 12 heures<\/em> <em>!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Journal de voyage \ud83d\ude42<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Par chance, j&rsquo;avais embarqu\u00e9 des jeux de cartes. Je me suis dit qu&rsquo;on pourrait taper le carton et s&rsquo;amuser un peu. Mais en Tha\u00eflande, vois-tu, on ne joue pas aux cartes pour le fun, on joue pour de l&rsquo;argent. Or, jouer aux cartes pour de l&rsquo;argent, c&rsquo;est interdit et passible d&rsquo;amendes importantes. Du coup, on ne joue pas aux cartes, tout du moins en public (&#8230; oh que les parties de Jass me manquent). J&rsquo;ai tout de m\u00eame d\u00e9gain\u00e9 ma bo\u00eete de UNO et j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 2 rebelles pour y jouer avec moi. A la fin de la semaine, j&rsquo;avais cr\u00e9\u00e9 une dizaines d&rsquo;UNO addicts ! <br>Mes coll\u00e8gues sont en grande majorit\u00e9 des femmes (environ 90%) et quasi tous mes coll\u00e8gues sont musulmans. Autant te dire que la petite bi\u00e8re, le soir, au bord de l&rsquo;eau, j&rsquo;y ai eu droit seulement en r\u00eave.  Sortir le soir pour aller danser ou pour s&rsquo;amuser n&rsquo;est pas pensable non plus. Le soir, seules les femmes qui travaillent dans des bars (et qui ont donc une vie tr\u00e8s dissolue) sortent, les autres restent \u00e0 la maison. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 21h, c&rsquo;est couvre-feu, tout le monde est en pyjama.<br>Cela n&rsquo;a pas emp\u00each\u00e9 mon temp\u00e9rament perturbateur d&rsquo;organiser une vir\u00e9e dans un endroit&nbsp;branch\u00e9, apr\u00e8s le couvre-feu, au 49\u00e8me \u00e9tage d&rsquo;un immeuble de Bangkok : petit mocktail (sans alcool) avec une coll\u00e8gue qui entrait dans un bar pour la premi\u00e8re fois de sa vie. Cette fameuse ligne qui passe par dessus la rivi\u00e8re Kwa\u00ef. (Attention, en Tha\u00ef, si tu prononces Kwa\u00ef \u2026 cela signifie \u00ab\u00a0buffle\u00a0\u00bb et c&rsquo;est une insulte\u2026 si tu prononces Khwa\u00ef\u2026 cela signifie zizi. Il faut prononcer Kw\u00e9).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p>Nous avons commenc\u00e9 la visite de ce mus\u00e9e, par ailleurs tr\u00e8s bien fait et passionnant, en \u00e9tant un groupe de 35 personnes. J&rsquo;ai termin\u00e9 la visite seule. Apr\u00e8s \u00e0 peine 5 minutes, tous mes coll\u00e8gues ont disparu. J&rsquo;avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 publi\u00e9 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/curry-massaman-de-poulet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">une recette de massaman <\/a><\/strong><a title=\"Massaman chicken curry\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/curry-massaman-de-poulet\/\">\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque<\/a>,<\/span> voici une version diff\u00e9rente car elle contient du tamarin et un peu moins d&rsquo;\u00e9pices. C&rsquo;est une recette que j&rsquo;appr\u00e9cie avec du boeuf ou du porc. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re le poulet avec la version sans tamarin. Je ne trouve pas que le<strong> curry massaman<\/strong> fait bon m\u00e9nage avec le poisson et les fruits de mer. Par contre c&rsquo;est d\u00e9licieux pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec uniquement des l\u00e9gumes : broccolis, carottes, pommes-de-terre, mange-tout, chou-fleur, courgettes, &#8230; Si tu souhaites un version compl\u00e8tement v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne, remplace la sauce de poisson par du sel (pas de sauce soja).<br>La recette de la <strong><a
