L&rsquo;autre p\u00eache la crevette dans les eaux prot\u00e9g\u00e9es et interdites de p\u00eache du parc national marin (je ne sais pas trop s&rsquo;il faut en rire ou en pleurer). Bref, ces \u00e9poux vivent donc en mer et reviennent sur le continent 3 ou 4 jours tous les 3 mois. <br>Lorsqu&rsquo;ils reviennent, ils rapportent du poisson frais pour toute la famille. Il a d\u00e9ball\u00e9 notre tr\u00e9sor et, \u00e0 ma grande surprise, il y avait 2 bons kilos de superbes calmars et 3 gros kilos de magnifiques maquereaux trapus (<em>pla tu<\/em> en Tha\u00ef, <span style=\"color: #1c1c1c;\">Rastrelliger brachysoma) super frais. Pas de thons juv\u00e9niles, pas de raie, pas de b\u00e9b\u00e9 requin, pas de poisson volant, ni de poissons de r\u00e9cif corallien.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Alors bon, ce type de maquereaux est surp\u00each\u00e9, comme beaucoup d&rsquo;autres esp\u00e8ces de poissons mais on en trouve toujours en quantit\u00e9s suffisantes dans les oc\u00e9ans. D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s ce que j&rsquo;ai pu lire sur internet, il n&rsquo;y a pas de donn\u00e9es fiables concernant la population de ces maquereaux. (D&rsquo;ailleurs je ne sais pas trop comment il fait mais il arrive \u00e0 vider les poissons sans les inciser, il retire tout en passant par les branchies). <br><strong>Il a choisi les plus trapus, toujours en salivant.<\/strong> Il m&rsquo;a ensuite dit d&rsquo;un ton anodin\u00a0: \u00ab Tu vois, quand tu re\u00e7ois du poisson directement des p\u00eacheurs, il ne contient pas de formaline, c&rsquo;est bien meilleur, la chair n&rsquo;est pas dure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les bras m&rsquo;en tombent<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0QUOI\u00a0??? QU&rsquo;EST-CE QUE TU ME RACONTES LA\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb <\/em>que j&rsquo;ai hurl\u00e9 en tapant du pied.<br><em>&#8211; Bah oui, les marchands ajoutent de la formaline pour conserver les poissons plus longtemps et pour pouvoir les vendre sans qu&rsquo;ils aient l&rsquo;air vieux.\u00a0<\/em><br><em>&#8211; NON MAIS CA VA LA T\u00caTE\u00a0? T&rsquo;AS ATTENDU 2 ANS POUR ME BALANCER CETTE INFO\u00a0? Tu te rends compte que j&rsquo;en ai mang\u00e9, du poisson \u00e0 la formaline ?\u00a0<\/em><br><em>&#8211; Si tu veux du poisson frais, c&rsquo;est mieux de t\u00e9l\u00e9phoner \u00e0 ma frangine, elle va tous les jours au port et ach\u00e8te le poisson pour son restaurant directement au retour de p\u00eache. <\/em><br>Heureusement, c&rsquo;est lui qui avait le couteau en main, j&rsquo;avais seulement la pince du barbecue, parce que j&rsquo;\u00e9tais tellement enrag\u00e9e que j&rsquo;aurais \u00e9t\u00e9 dangereuse arm\u00e9e.<br>Comme j&rsquo;ai quand m\u00eame eu du mal \u00e0 le croire sur parole, tant \u00e7a me parait d\u00e9bile de mettre du formol dans la nourriture, j&rsquo;ai fait une petite recherche. J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert que <strong>l&rsquo;utilisation de la formaline pour la conservation des aliments est courante en Asie<\/strong> m\u00eame si elle y est interdite. Il y en a dans le tofu, dans les nouilles, dans les poissons frais et s\u00e9ch\u00e9s, et m\u00eame dans certains fruits ! Comme de toutes fa\u00e7ons il n&rsquo;y a aucun contr\u00f4le sanitaire dans les march\u00e9s locaux, pourquoi s&rsquo;en priver\u00a0?<br>Pourquoi est-elle interdite\u00a0? Pour la simple et bonne raison que le formol ou formaline est toxique. Qu&rsquo;il est effectivement utilis\u00e9 pour la conservation des chairs (embaumement) mais qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas pr\u00e9vu pour \u00eatre consomm\u00e9 et qu&rsquo;en quantit\u00e9 trop importante dans l&rsquo;organisme, cela peut m\u00eame \u00eatre mortel. Laisse fr\u00e9mir 1 minute.<br>Retire du feu et laisse refroidir.
