Cette fois-ci les r\u00f4les sont invers\u00e9s. Je suis en mode th\u00e9 chaud, soupe \u00e0 la courge et gratin de pommes-de-terre et toi tu es du genre smoothie glac\u00e9 et salade. J&rsquo;ai m\u00eame sorti ma seule et unique paire de chaussettes que je garde normalement pour les voyages en avion. Dans la maison, je me les G\u00e8le (si, si, avec un G majuscule!). Je vis sous mon duvet. Malheureusement, je ne peux pas \u00e9teindre les ventilateurs sous peine d&rsquo;odeurs naus\u00e9abondes et de moisissures sur les meubles. Le taux d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 a fait p\u00e9ter la sonde : la lessive ne s\u00e8che plus. Bref, c&rsquo;est la saison des pluies. <br>Allez, je te balance un petit film pour te faire partager ma douleur. <br>(pas de commentaire sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tat du jardin, stp. On a finalement r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 d\u00e9fricher l&rsquo;avant de la maison &#8211; tu peux d&rsquo;ailleurs voir papayer, bananier, galanga, gingembre, jasmin, calamansi &#8211; mais l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re de la maison est toujours \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de jungle). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video aligncenter\"><video controls src=\"http:\/\/aupaysdespiments.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/weather-Moyenne.mov\"><\/video><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>la saison des pluies est arriv\u00e9e<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>tu vois le genre ? Et la voici la voil\u00e0 : <strong>THE recette<\/strong>, celle de Nan, celle que quand il la pr\u00e9pare, je fais du pain (parce qu&rsquo;ici on ne trouve pas de pain dans les magaz) pour saucer la sauce du plat. Nan me regarde toujours de travers et j&rsquo;ai droit \u00e0 un commentaire du genre : <em>why do you do that ?<\/em> avec une grimace de d\u00e9go\u00fbt. Mais autant te dire que cela ne me fait aucun effet, tout juste si je l&rsquo;entends.<br>Tu vois, ces calmars, tu peux les manger chauds, ti\u00e8des ou froids. Tu peux par exemple les servir froids \u00e0 l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ro, c&rsquo;est super top. En tha\u00ef, on appelle \u00e7a <em><strong>of nam prik pao<\/strong><\/em>. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une <strong>p\u00e2te \u00e0 base de piments doux s\u00e9ch\u00e9s et grill\u00e9s, d&rsquo;ail, d&rsquo;\u00e9chalotes, de p\u00e2te de crevettes, de sucre, de tamarin et d&rsquo;huile<\/strong>. <br>C&rsquo;est \u00e0 la fois doux et parfum\u00e9, c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement piquant et carr\u00e9ment super d\u00e9licieux. Si t&rsquo;as jamais essay\u00e9, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 tester d&rsquo;urgence\u00a0!\u00a0La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/tag\/nam-prik-pao\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>confiture de piment<\/strong> <\/a>peut s&rsquo;utiliser dans les sauces \u00e0 salade, dans les soupes ou comme condiment pour sauter des l\u00e9gumes ou de la viande. Mais c&rsquo;est d\u00e9licieux \u00e9galement juste tartin\u00e9 sur une tranche de pain grill\u00e9 et aill\u00e9!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce jour l\u00e0, \u00e0 la maison, on n&rsquo;avait plus d&rsquo;oignons (quand il pleut, je vais pas au march\u00e9, je vais nulle part), mais c&rsquo;est meilleur avec. Du coup, je les ajoute \u00e0 la recette m\u00eame si on ne les voit pas sur les photos.<br>La confiture de piment est toujours recouverte d&rsquo;une couche d&rsquo;huile, je te recommande
