Il s&rsquo;agit de gousses qui poussent dans de gigantesques arbres. On consomme la f\u00e8ve qui se trouve \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de ce haricot plat. Cette f\u00e8ve a un go\u00fbt d&rsquo;ail cru assez prononc\u00e9. Du coup, quand tu en manges, tu chopes une haleine de cheval pour la journ\u00e9e. Les tha\u00efs dressent des singes pour la cueillette. Ils utilisent les singes pour la r\u00e9colte de noix de coco \u00e9galement. On discutait pr\u00e9paration de crevettes. Et voil\u00e0 soudain que M\u00f4ssieur d\u00e9clare que la meilleure fa\u00e7on de pr\u00e9parer les crevettes c&rsquo;est : \u00ab\u00a0<em>saut\u00e9es avec des sator<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. Surprise mais heureuse, je m&rsquo;en suis all\u00e9e au march\u00e9 mon petit panier sous mon bras. Autant te dire qu&rsquo;il m&rsquo;a pas fallu longtemps pour d\u00e9gotter tous les ingr\u00e9dients n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration de ce plat de <strong>crevettes et petais saut\u00e9s au curry<\/strong>&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7a fait bien longtemps que j&rsquo;ai abandonn\u00e9 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;obtenir une recette ou m\u00eame une explication plus ou moins compr\u00e9hensible sur la pr\u00e9paration de tel ou tel plat. On peut alors l&rsquo;extraire facilement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut ensuite <strong>enlever la fine peau<\/strong> qui recouvre la f\u00e8ve. Ce jour l\u00e0, j&rsquo;en avais pas sous la main. Je n&rsquo;avais que de <strong>large dried sweet chillies<\/strong>. On a obtenu une p\u00e2te de curry pas du tout piquante et tr\u00e8s parfum\u00e9e. On y a ajout\u00e9 2 piments oiseau frais, juste pour le fun. <br><br>\ud83c\udf36\ufe0f Si tu n&rsquo;as pas la possibilit\u00e9 de trouver des petais, tu peux sans doute les remplacer par des f\u00e8ves ou des haricots verts. Mais du coup tu perds ce go\u00fbt tr\u00e8s particulier qu&rsquo;ils apportent au plat. J&rsquo;imagine qu&rsquo;il faudrait ajouter une gousse d&rsquo;ail press\u00e9e juste en fin de pr\u00e9paration, pour s&rsquo;approcher du r\u00e9sultat de la recette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D&rsquo;autres recettes avec des l\u00e9gumes peu connus en Europe<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7
