On les trouve le plus souvent dans les \u00ab\u00a0food court\u00a0\u00bb ou chez les marchands qui vendent des plats dans la rue. &nbsp;Le nom tha\u00ef pour ce plat est <strong><em>Kha\u00ef Luuk Khoe\u00ef<\/em><\/strong>, cela signifie litt\u00e9ralement \u0153ufs de beau-fils. Il faut que je vous pr\u00e9cise un truc \u00e0 ce sujet. En tha\u00ef, k<em>ha\u00ef<\/em> est aussi utilis\u00e9 dans le langage familier pour parler des couilles. Eh ben oui ! Du coup, on comprend un peu mieux le sens du nom du plat ! <br>Pour la petite histoire, voici ce qui se raconte en Tha\u00eflande : quand on pr\u00e9pare ce plat \u00e0 son gendre, c&rsquo;est pour lui rappeler que s&rsquo;il ne se tient pas \u00e0 carreaux, on va les lui retirer, les faire frire \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et ensuite les lui d\u00e9couper en petits bouts. Si tu n&rsquo;en trouves pas, n&rsquo;importe quel autre sucre fera l&rsquo;affaire&#8230; il faudra peut-\u00eatre changer le dosage, car tous les sucres ne sucrent pas de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re
