Membre de la famille royale. D\u00e8s un tr\u00e8s jeune \u00e2ge, il se passionne pour la cuisine, l\u00e2che ses \u00e9tudes universitaires et suit des cours au \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Culinary Institue of America<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0. Il ouvre un restaurant aux Etats-Unis avant de revenir en Tha\u00eflande. Ambassadeur de la cuisine tha\u00efe \u00e0 travers le monde,  il met en avant l&rsquo;importance des \u00e9coles culinaires professionnelles qui enseignent les principes de la v\u00e9ritable <strong>cuisine tha\u00efe<\/strong>. Il a \u00e9crit un livre \u00e0 ce sujet (The Principles of Thai Cookery). Entre nous soit dit je n&rsquo;ai pas lu ce livre parce que Nan me bourre le mou \u00e0 longueur de journ\u00e9e avec ses principes de cuisine tha\u00efe. Et que \u00e7a me suffa comme ci. Entre nous soit dit toujours, d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s les extraits que j&rsquo;en ai vus (du livre, pas de Nan), il doit \u00eatre vraiment int\u00e9ressant (le livre, pas Nan).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les livres et \u00e9missions du chef McDang<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le chef McDang a un show t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/tofu-frit-sel-et-poivre-paprika-le-gestionnaire-de-recettes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Il a publi\u00e9 de nombreux livres de cuisine<\/a> et a une cha\u00eene Youtube en tha\u00ef o\u00f9 il pr\u00e9sente ses recettes. Il poste aussi des vid\u00e9os en Anglais (avec son accent rigolo) dans lesquelles il <strong>voyage en Tha\u00eflande<\/strong>. J&rsquo;ai aussi trouv\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il y avait trop de <strong>confiture de piment<\/strong> (<strong>of nam prik pao<\/strong>) dans sa recette originale. Cela convient bien \u00e0 une sauce pour un salade. Toutefois, pour un plat de l\u00e9gumes, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re une sauce un peu plus curry rouge. <br>Tu peux remplacer les liserons d&rsquo;eau par des haricots ou des broccolis, ou n&rsquo;importe
