Mais l&rsquo;autre jour, ils ont command\u00e9 une <strong>soupe acidul\u00e9e de poisson<\/strong> que je n&rsquo;avais encore jamais go\u00fbt\u00e9e : <strong><em>Tom Jeaw<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La soupe acidul\u00e9e de poisson au basilic doux<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Au premier coup d\u2019\u0153il, \u00e7a n&rsquo;avait rien de transcendant : une soupe claire avec des bouts de poissons et quelques feuilles vertes qui flottent sur le dessus&#8230; bof Et puis, j&rsquo;y ai go\u00fbt\u00e9, un peu par obligation. J&rsquo;ai instantan\u00e9ment regrett\u00e9 mes id\u00e9es pr\u00e9con\u00e7ues. Explosion de saveurs en bouche ! Si vraiment tu n&rsquo;as pas d&rsquo;autre choix, tu peux utiliser des filets de poisson, mais ce ne sera pas aussi go\u00fbteux.<br>Choisis un poisson de mer \u00e0 chair pas trop ferme.
