Si tu croises une recette de <em>tom ka<\/em> avec du gingembre, c&rsquo;est pas du Tom Ka \ud83d\ude09 !<br>Il faut absolument du galanga frais pour obtenir le go\u00fbt magique de ce plat. Hors de question d&rsquo;acheter de la p\u00e2te <em>tom ka<\/em> toute pr\u00eate !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le Tom Ka,<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>quand il est bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9, il n&rsquo;y a pas d&rsquo;heure pour en manger. Chaque fois que je peux, j&rsquo;espionne et je questionne. Son Tom Ka, c&rsquo;est un r\u00eave bourr\u00e9 de saveurs et quand on commence, on s&rsquo;arr\u00eate plus.<br><strong>Note:<\/strong> <em>ma recette, inspir\u00e9e de celle de Nah, a bien \u00e9volu\u00e9 au fil des ann\u00e9es. On obtient alors une soupe riche en go\u00fbts. C&rsquo;est super facile \u00e0 planter et \u00e7a pousse bien.<br>Celle qui pousse au jardin est nettement plus parfum\u00e9e que la citronnelle que tu ach\u00e8tes en magasin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques informations pour cette recette de soupe au lait de coco<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd65 Ce qu&rsquo;on met dans cette soupe tha\u00efe au lait de coco et \u00e0 la citronnelle varie en fonctions des r\u00e9gions. Elle est vraiment chouette, Nah ! \ud83d\ude06<br>Le go\u00fbt ressemble au p\u00e2tisson ou \u00e0 la courgette. C&rsquo;est un l\u00e9gume qui est long \u00e0 cuire et qui doit bien mijoter pour devenir fondant \u00e0 souhait. <br>Au nord de la Thailande, on ajoute g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des champignons dans cette soupe. A toi de voir ce que tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res. Ou alors des cuisses de poulet que tu coupes en 3 \u00e0 la machette. <br>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je le pr\u00e9pare avec des filets de poulet. Je ne trouve rien d&rsquo;autre sur mon \u00eele depuis que c&rsquo;est la basse saison et que les touristes ont d\u00e9sert\u00e9. Tu peux aussi le faire aux crevettes, avec du tofu, v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien (courgettes, asperges, champignons, p\u00e2tisson, rave, pomme-de-terre). Ou encore avec des d\u00e9s de filets de poissons ou avec de l&rsquo;\u00e9minc\u00e9 de porc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd65  La quantit\u00e9 de lait de coco utilis\u00e9e varie en fonction des go\u00fbts, j&rsquo;aime utiliser un m\u00e9lange avec de l&rsquo;eau. S&rsquo;il y a trop de lait de coco, ton Tom Ka sera trop doux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D&rsquo;autres d\u00e9licieuses recettes avec du lait de coco<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div
