Je me rappelle avoir mang\u00e9 un poisson pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ainsi lors d&rsquo;un de mes voyages en Malaisie et \u00e7a m&rsquo;a imm\u00e9diatement donn\u00e9 envie d&rsquo;essayer.<br>Alors ne t&rsquo;en vas pas &#8211; malgr\u00e9 les photos moches &#8211; parce que ce poisson c&rsquo;est de la bombe&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La vie, c&rsquo;est comme une bo\u00eete de chocolats &#8230;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme quoi, la vie nous r\u00e9serve toujours des surprises. Et encore plus en Tha\u00eflande qu&rsquo;ailleurs&nbsp;!<br>La semaine derni\u00e8re, ma coll\u00e8gue et moi avons pr\u00e9par\u00e9 un projet d&rsquo;atelier d&rsquo;apprentissage de la lecture pour tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de niveau 1 qui commencent \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e. &nbsp;Il y a 4 classes et notre projet proposait de faire un atelier de 2 jours pour chaque classe. \u00c7a nous faisait enseigner 2 fois plus d&rsquo;heures que ce qu&rsquo;on a \u00e0 notre horaire. On se proposait bien \u00e9videmment de faire cela gratuitement, sans aucun co\u00fbt pour l&rsquo;\u00e9cole. Eh ben tu sais ce qu&rsquo;on nous a r\u00e9pondu ? \ud83d\ude33<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le directeur nous a dit que ce serait mieux de planifier cela sur le week-end&nbsp;! Un week-end par classe. On convoque les \u00e9l\u00e8ves samedi et dimanche \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole et nous, on se tape 4 week-ends d&rsquo;affil\u00e9e des cours de lecture. Tout cela, bien \u00e9videmment, sans d\u00e9fraiement&nbsp;!<br>mouhahahahahahah \ud83e\udd23<br>T&rsquo;imagine \u00e7a en Europe ? Le directeur qui demande aux enseignants de travailler samedi et dimanche sans \u00eatre pay\u00e9 et de faire cela durant 1 mois&nbsp;! Durant&nbsp;le week-end la cantine est ferm\u00e9e et il faudra songer \u00e0 acheter des lunch-box pour tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Et comme il ne semble pas penser que c&rsquo;est un argument suffisant,<br>tu ajoutes que c&rsquo;est une fantastique id\u00e9e de venir le week-end &#8211; on y avait bien s\u00fbr pens\u00e9 &#8211; mais qu&rsquo;il y a malheureusement de fortes chances pour que&nbsp;les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ne viennent pas car nous n&rsquo;avons moyen de les y obliger&#8230;<br>Tout \u00e7a, bien sur, je le dois \u00e0 ma coll\u00e8gue. Parce que moi, j&rsquo;avais les griffes plant\u00e9es dans mon si\u00e8ge et j&rsquo;\u00e9tais pr\u00eate \u00e0 l&rsquo;attaque. Elle a eu la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;esprit d&rsquo;argumenter dans le calme et la bonne humeur en mentant comme un arracheur de dents. C&rsquo;est pour \u00e7a que je l&rsquo;aime tant \ud83e\udd29. <br><br>C&rsquo;est suite \u00e0 cet entretien avec mon directeur que je me suis mise \u00e0 la recherche de la recette du boeuf Rendang car<strong> j&rsquo;avais besoin d&rsquo;un plat r\u00e9confortant pour le souper.<\/strong> Et que je me retrouve, au final, \u00e0 aller couper des feuilles de bananier pour pr\u00e9parer ce Elle est d\u00e9crite comme valant 10&rsquo;000 dollars. Bee, l&rsquo;auteure du blog, parle de ce <strong>poisson grill\u00e9<\/strong> comme du Saint Graal. Mais moi, comme beaucoup de chevaliers, quand je pars en qu\u00eate de saveurs in\u00e9dites ou \u00e9poustouflantes, je rentre bien souvent brouquouille.<br>Je ne m&rsquo;attendais donc pas \u00e0 \u00eatre impressionn\u00e9e&nbsp;et je ne pensais certainement pas que ce poisson ferait l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;un post. Et pourtant ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 couper une feuille de bananier dans le jardin. Puis j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 les ingr\u00e9dients pour la <strong>p\u00e2te de piments doux<\/strong>. J&rsquo;y allais p\u00e9p\u00e8re, sans grande conviction jusqu&rsquo;au moment o\u00f9 j&rsquo;ai finalement go\u00fbt\u00e9 la p\u00e2te : OMG OMG ! J&rsquo;en revenais pas tellement c&rsquo;\u00e9tait bon. <br>Et d&rsquo;ailleurs quand Nan est rentr\u00e9 et qu&rsquo;il a vu ce que je cuisinais du <strong>poisson dans des feuilles de bananier<\/strong>, il a fait la grimace. Je l&rsquo;ai forc\u00e9 \u00e0 go\u00fbter la p\u00e2te de piment doux et il a eu la m\u00eame r\u00e9action que moi : D\u00c9LICIEUX. <br>Depuis, je l&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 de nombreuses reprises, toujours avec le m\u00eame succ\u00e8s. Le poisson entier reste plus moelleux mais c&rsquo;\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s bon avec des darnes \u00e9galement&nbsp;!<br><br>\ud83c\udf36 Si tu n&rsquo;as pas acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des feuilles de bananiers, je pense que tu peux le cuire selon le m\u00eame proc\u00e9d\u00e9 sur du papier de cuisson. Tu peux aussi imaginer utiliser des feuilles de vigne ou de figuier. <br><br>\ud83c\udf36 Le mieux c&rsquo;est de le cuire&nbsp;au barbecue. On peut le pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 la po\u00eale mais c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s nettement meilleur cuit sur le grill. La p\u00e2te de piment caram\u00e9lise \u00e0 la chaleur du feu, c&rsquo;est un r\u00e9gal.  Dans ce cas, suivant les conseils de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cuisinedelamer.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Patrick (cuisine de la mer)<\/a>, il faut enduire le poisson de p\u00e2te de piment des 2 c\u00f4t\u00e9s puis l&#8217;emballer en papillote dans la feuille de bananier (ou du papier alu.), en prenant soin de garder le cot\u00e9 brillant de la feuille vers l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle ne br\u00fble pas.<br><br>\ud83c\udf36 Pour cette recette, on utilise des <strong>piments doux<\/strong>. Ce sont de <strong>longs piments<\/strong> (environ 15 cm de long et \u00e9pais comme un doigt). Ils ne sont presque pas piquants.
