Kapi, en tha\u00ef, est le nom donn\u00e9 \u00e0 la p\u00e2te de crevette. <br>La base est compos\u00e9e de <strong>piment frais<\/strong> \u00e9cras\u00e9 au mortier, <strong>p\u00e2te de crevette<\/strong> et <strong>eau<\/strong>. Ensuite, on trouve des variantes avec un peu d&rsquo;ail, un poil de sucre pour balancer les go\u00fbts, une touche de jus de citron pour relever la p\u00e2te de crevette. Quand c&rsquo;est Nan qui le pr\u00e9pare, je trouve qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;a pas un super go\u00fbt et quand c&rsquo;est moi qui le pr\u00e9pare, Nan aime le go\u00fbt mais se plaint qu&rsquo;il est trop fort en p\u00e2te de crevettes. On a fait beaucoup d&rsquo;essais avant de trouver notre recette parfaite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Dans la r\u00e9gion o\u00f9 j&rsquo;habite, il y a syst\u00e9matiquement un <strong>plat de l\u00e9gumes crus<\/strong> (aubergines rondes, concombres, haricots longs, haricots puants ou petais, haricots ail\u00e9s, chou blanc, &#8230;) avec un bol de <em><strong>nahm prik kapi<\/strong> <\/em>sur la table. On trempe les l\u00e9gumes crus dans cette <strong>sauce piment\u00e9e<\/strong> et on grignote cela avec le repas. Il ne ressemble pas vraiment au nahm prik kapi local, mais l&rsquo;essayer, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;adopter.  On a \u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0tous les deux parfaitement d&rsquo;accord d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re bouch\u00e9e : cette sauce au tamarin est au piment doux est d\u00e9licieuse. Moi, je ne mets que 5 ou 6 <strong>bird chillies<\/strong>. Mais c&rsquo;est vraiment personnel, et cela d\u00e9pend aussi du type de piment que tu trouves. Les piments du sud de la Tha\u00eflande sont bien plus piquants que ceux du nord de la Tha\u00eflande, marrant, non\u00a0?<br>Cette sauce n&rsquo;a rien \u00e0 voir avec la <strong>sauce au piment doux<\/strong> qu&rsquo;on trouve en bouteille dans les magasins asiatiques. On ne peut pas les remplacer par des poivrons.
