C&rsquo;est ainsi que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert cette recette de <strong>tofu frit, sel et poivre<\/strong>. Je s\u00e9lectionne, je copie, je download, je pin, je sign\u00e8te, j&rsquo;ajoute \u00e0 ma liste de lecture, etc. R\u00e9sultat des courses,\u00a0\u00a0j&rsquo;ai des centaines de recettes \u00e9parpill\u00e9es dans mon ordi, ma tablette et mon t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. Elles sont un peu dans tous les types de formats\u00a0: captures d&rsquo;\u00e9cran, pdf, liens web &#8230; quelle prise de t\u00eate ! Apr\u00e8s une recherche fr\u00e9n\u00e9tique sur le net, je suis tomb\u00e9e sur une <strong>application pour la gestion des recettes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;\u00e9tais assez dubitative en t\u00e9l\u00e9chargeant <strong>Paprika<\/strong>. Ce n&rsquo;est pas une application gratuite mais je ne suis pas sponsoris\u00e9e pour en parler sur le blog. J&rsquo;en parle parce qu&rsquo;apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;avoir essay\u00e9e sur ma tablette, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 totalement convaincue que je ne pourrais plus m&rsquo;en passer. J&rsquo;ai directement achet\u00e9 la version pour ordinateur. Cela me permet de pouvoir synchroniser mes recettes et avoir exactement les m\u00eames sur la tablette et sur l&rsquo;ordi. Comment \u00e7a marche ? C&rsquo;est simple, tu ouvres l&rsquo;appli et tu tapes (ou tu colles) l&rsquo;adresse web de la page que tu veux enregistrer. L&rsquo;application affiche la page et la recette se formate toute seule. Cela signifie que Paprika ne reconnait pas le format et ne trouve pas les informations \u00e0 copier sur la fiche recette.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais ce n&rsquo;est pas un probl\u00e8me. Il y a un moyen tr\u00e8s facile et tr\u00e8s rapide de s\u00e9lectionner manuellement les infos \u00e0 enregistrer. En quelques cliques, la recette est au chaud. C&rsquo;est un livre qui propose des recettes modernes, facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser \u00e0 la maison et surtout qui ne demandent pas des tones d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients impossible \u00e0 trouver. Quoi que &#8230;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tofu soyeux n&rsquo;est pas disponible dans la ville o\u00f9 j&rsquo;habite, il faut que j&rsquo;aille \u00e0 l&rsquo;hypermarch\u00e9 qui se trouve \u00e0 60 km de chez moi pour en trouver. Je l&rsquo;ai donc remplac\u00e9 par du <strong>tofu aux \u0153ufs<\/strong>. Il a quasiment la m\u00eame consistance que le <strong>tofu soyeux<\/strong>, Il est fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de lait de soja et d\u2019\u0153ufs. On le trouve uniquement vendu en \u00ab\u00a0tubes\u00a0\u00bb d&rsquo;o\u00f9 la forme bizarre de ces morceaux de tofu. Le fait de mouiller les \u00e9pices avant de les grilles permet de les faire cuire uniform\u00e9ment, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur, sans que l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur de br\u00fble.<br>Dans une po\u00eale, \u00e0 sec, fais r\u00f4tir les \u00e9pices \u00e0 feu doux durant 8-10 minutes en remuant constamment.<br>Ajoute les piments et continue la cuisson 2-3 minutes. Laisse refroidir. Ajoute le sel, m\u00e9lange bien et mouds le tout avec un moulin \u00e0 \u00e9pices ou un mini blender.<br>Le sel aux \u00e9pices se conserve 4 semaines dans un bocal
