Bonne excuse pour cuisiner un peu ! Les mets sont vari\u00e9s, pleins de l\u00e9gumes et de saveurs.<br>Par contre, manger tha\u00ef tous les jours sur une petite \u00eele, c&rsquo;est un peu diff\u00e9rent ! <br><em>\u00ab\u00a0Qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;on mange aujourd&rsquo;hui ? tu veux&#8230; du poulet &#8230; ou du poulet ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><br>Eh oui, malheureusement, le poulet, les choux et les carottes sont les seuls aliments qui sont livr\u00e9s en abondance !<br>Nous commandons notre nourriture une fois par semaine sur le continent, mais c&rsquo;est assez difficile d&rsquo;obtenir ce que nous d\u00e9sirons. R\u00e9sultat : on commande, on regarde ce qui arrive&#8230; et on mange du poulet.<br>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, pour <strong>ce curry vert<\/strong>, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne mettre que <strong>des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aupaysdespiments.com\/en\/aubergines-au-curry\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aubergines<\/a><\/strong> : c&rsquo;est mon jour de r\u00e9volte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le curry vert<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>est un plat archi connu&#8230; mais trop souvent, lorsqu&rsquo;on en trouve la recette, il est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 comme une soupe, et tr\u00e8s dilu\u00e9. En soi, ce n&rsquo;est pas mauvais, car les go\u00fbts sont l\u00e0. Mais ce qui est incroyable dans le curry vert, c&rsquo;est son go\u00fbt aromatique tr\u00e8s fort et sa texture cr\u00e9meuse. En tha\u00ef, il s\u2019appelle <strong><em>Gaeng Kiaow Waan<\/em><\/strong>. Cela signifie <strong>curry vert doux<\/strong> car on y ajoute du sucre pour balancer les saveurs. Lorsque tu pr\u00e9pares ton curry, c\u2019est important qu\u2019il soit sal\u00e9 et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement doux \u00e0 la fois. Le fait qu\u2019il soit \u00abdoux\u00bb dans son nom n\u2019a rien \u00e0 voir avec la quantit\u00e9 de piments qu\u2019on y ajoute. Je peux te dire qu\u2019ici, il arrache !<br>Le probl\u00e8me principal, si on n&rsquo;est pas un grand fan du piment, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;on ne peut pas utiliser une grande quantit\u00e9 de p\u00e2te de curry. Les p\u00e2tes de curry vert qu&rsquo;on trouve dans le commerce sont incroyablement spicy. Du coup, comme on en met moins, notre curry perd de sa saveur. Il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 d&rsquo;une ou plusieurs sortes d\u2019aubergines et\/ou de courge cireuse. Je trouve que le poulet va bien avec ce curry, car le go\u00fbt prononc\u00e9 du basilic se marie parfaitement avec le poulet qui est un peu fade. Mais je suis une fan des aubergines sous toutes leurs formes et avec des aubergines, c&rsquo;est un r\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques conseils pour la pr\u00e9paration des aubergines au curry vert<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lorsqu\u2019on pr\u00e9pare un curry, c\u2019est important de bien <strong>faire revenir la p\u00e2te de curry<\/strong> dans le lait de coco bouillant. Certains font chauffer de l&rsquo;huile pour la faire revenir, c&rsquo;est possible aussi. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re utiliser le lait de coco &#8211; qui contient d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup de mati\u00e8res grasses &#8211; et en faire chauffer une petite quantit\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la graisse se s\u00e9pare. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 ce moment que j&rsquo;y ajoute la p\u00e2te de curry. Cela permet de faire ressortir tous les ar\u00f4mes des \u00e9pices du curry. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un curry \u00e0 base de lait de coco n\u2019est pas un bon curry s&rsquo;il est trop liquide \ud83d\ude06, il ne devrait pas avoir la consistance d\u2019une soupe, mais celle d\u2019une sauce tomate un peu \u00e9paisse. <br>Dans certains restaurants, les curry sont servis tr\u00e8s dilu\u00e9s, car le lait de coco est un ingr\u00e9dient assez cher. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tu peux bien s\u00fbr en faire <strong>une version v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne <\/strong>en supprimant la p\u00e2te de crevette, en utilisant du sel au lieu de la sauce de poisson. Ensuite, tu peux ajouter des patates douces, des brocolis, des courgettes, des asperges, des champignons ou d\u2019autres l\u00e9gumes qui te font de l\u2019\u0153il. Cela ne se fait pas de mani\u00e8re traditionnelle mais c&rsquo;est bon quand m\u00eame. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ce curry, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 3 sortes d&rsquo;aubergines.
