La pluie \u00e9tait la bienvenue apr\u00e8s des mois de mai et juin intenables. Il faisait trop chaud pour moi et pourtant j&rsquo;adoooooore le chaud&nbsp;!&nbsp;Mais comme toujours, quand il fait trop chaud, je me plains. Et quand il pleut, je me plains aussi. Parce que bon, apr\u00e8s 10 jours de pluie, y en a marre. Impossible de faire s\u00e9cher la lessive, tout est humide dans la maison. Les objets en bois ou en cuir commencent \u00e0 moisir. La pluie fait sortir les insectes : invasion de fourmis et de cafards dans la maison&#8230; beeeeaaaaark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, on a \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e2t\u00e9. On a eu carr\u00e9ment 6 mois de pluies&nbsp;! Un truc de fou, on est en janvier et le soleil commence \u00e0 peine \u00e0 repointer le bout de son nez&nbsp;! Avec la pluie, vient le froid (25 degr\u00e9s) et l&rsquo;envie de petits plats r\u00e9confortants. Le riz frit c&rsquo;est bon&#8230; mais le <strong>riz frit \u00e0 la confiture de piments<\/strong> &#8211; <em>khao pat nam prik pao, en tha\u00ef <\/em>&#8211; c&rsquo;est bien meilleur !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La recette de riz frit \u00e0 la confiture de piments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu ne connais pas la <strong>chilli jam<\/strong>, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te compos\u00e9e de <strong>piments s\u00e9ch\u00e9s et grill\u00e9s<\/strong>, d&rsquo;\u00e9chalotes et d&rsquo;ail frits, de crevettes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es et de p\u00e2te de crevette, de sucre de palme, de tamarin et de sauce de poisson. Aussi \u00e9tonnant que cela puisse \u00eatre, celle que j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9e en Suisse est bien plus piquante que celle qu&rsquo;on ach\u00e8te en Tha\u00eflande (bien que ce soit la m\u00eame marque).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Et si un jour tu viens en Tha\u00eflande et que tu pr\u00e9vois un arr\u00eat \u00e0 Bangkok, \u00e0 <strong>Chatuchak market<\/strong>, tu peux trouver une d\u00e9licieuse confiture de piment, chez <strong>RST SPICE<\/strong>. (<span style=\"color: #800000;\">section 25, soi 4,<\/span> c&rsquo;est un mini shop au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;all\u00e9e qui se trouve en face de tous les ATM, derri\u00e8re les stands de c\u00e9ramique et vaisselle).
